~Everleigh's Pov~
I couldn't believe that Ethan really asked me to go and get lunch with him. Everyone knew that Ethan didn't want his mate to distract him from leading his pack. I just really hope that he doesn't reject me. My wolf whimpered in pain at the thought of being rejected. I knew that my wolf and I would both be hurt if Ethan rejected us. I was ripped from my thoughts when my phone rang loudly. I walked over to my nightstand and read the caller ID, it was Ethan.
"Hey Everleigh, get ready I'm picking you up at 5 o'clock" He said.
"Okay, just ring the doorbell when you get here" I said.
"I will do that, see you soon beautiful" He said then ended the call.
I looked up at the clock seeing it was 3:30, I rushed over to my closet and picked out a white shirt, my tan leather jacket, dark blue jeans, and my beige heels. I walked into my bathroom, turned on the shower and waited for the water to warm up. When it finally warmed up to my liking I got in and quickly washed my hair, body, and face. I shaved my legs making sure all the hair was gone. I hopped out drying off quickly. I put lotion on my legs and hands. I got dressed then walked over to my vanity and put on a light amount of makeup. I blow dried my hair putting it into a neat bun. I put deodorant and my rose and vanilla perfume on. I looked at my phone and seen it was 10 until 5. I called my sister Amelia in, "Hey sis, does this outfit look good for a lunch date?" I asked.
"It looks stunning, Ethan will most definitely fall for you in this outfit" she said just as the doorbell rang.
I walked down the stairs to see a handsome looking Ethan in a white v-neck and dark blue jeans. He looked at me and had a look of shock on his face. My sister was right about this outfit. "Oh honey, I have to get pictures of you together for your first date" My mother spoke excitedly. Ethan and I leaned closer to each other so she could take the picture.
"You ready to get going beautiful?" Ethan asked.
"Never been more ready in my life" I said. We walked out the front door and to a red corvette. Ethan walked over and opened my door, I nodded in thanks.
"So where are we going to eat?" I asked.
"I'm not telling you, it's a surprise" Ethan said.
Oh great I hate surprises, this is going to kill me knowing that I have to wait to know where we were eating.
