" HE SAID HE WAS BUILDING SOMETHING " Y/n said as she looked at Max and frowned. "That it was all for me"Y/n looked up at Will. "Building something..Is he talking about the flayed?"Max asked as she shook her head. "He must be"Nancy touched the back of her neck.
"So, he's building an army, just like we thought"Lucas said. "Yeah, but he's not holding this army to spread"Mike looked at Lucas. "He's building it to stop Y/n and Eleven"Will finished Mike's sentence. "Last year, N/n closed the gate on him"Mike looked around. "I have a feeling that really pissed him off."
"Like, royally"Lucas nodded. "And the Mind Flayer now knows that she's the only thing that can stop him"Mike said. "But if she and El are out of the way-"Mike got cut off. "Game over"Lucas cut Mike off. "He also said..he was gonna kill all of you"Y/n looked at the group. "Yeah, well, that's nice."
A faint screech coming from outside catches Nancy's attention, she stops leaning on the wall and slowly walks to the window. "Do you guys hear that?"Nancy asked as the faint screeches continue. "It's just the fireworks"Jonathan answered and furrowed his eyebrows. "Billy..when he told you this, it was here, in this room?"Nancy looked at Y/n.
Y/n nodded in response as she looked up at Nancy. Will slowly touches the back of his neck as his eyes widened. "He knows we're here"Will said. The group stood up and rushed out the door looking into the distance. The creature snarls in the distance as it throws the trees that are in it's way.

The group started covering the windows and doors with objects. Closing each door and closing the blinds. "Hey, hey away from the windows"Nancy said as she picked up the gun. The group huddled around waiting for the creature to strike. "It's close"Will said as objects shake while the lights flicker.
"Where'd it go?"Max whispered as she looked around. A tentacle suddenly bursts through the wall as it shrieks loudly. It automatically goes straight towards Y/n, Jonathan quickly swings his axe straight for the tentacle as he yelled. He goes for another strike but the tentacle throws him to the wall.
Nancy shoots the tentacle, distracting it from hurting Jonathan. It shrieks in pain as she continued shooting it. Nancy looked at her gun, noticing she ran out of ammo. The tentacle corners her into the wall then heads straight for her, only for it to be stopped. Y/n furrowed her eyebrows as she squeezed the tentacle with her mind.
The tentacle's head exploded causing it to quickly go back out from where it came from. "Holy shit"Max said as another tentacle bursts through the wall. El gasped as she raised her hand up causing the tentacle to stop. The glass shatters in pieces as another tentacle bursts through it. El looked at it as she raised her other hand making it stop.
