harrys POV:

i have the biggest surprise for aubrey today. ive done little things all day to make her day even better then a huge thing at the end. she turns 17 today so were having a party tonight at a local party venue the only issue is hannah and sean are both going but i know hannah has been talking to this bad boy named zayn. i dont know who he is but i dont like him. i dont like bad boys and i do not think hannah should be flirting with him. i switched aubreys regular lunch to her favorite lunch. chicken noodle soup, a little hostess cake, watermelon and a water. plus candy. i left her a note every period giving her reasons why i loved her. then at the end of the day im gonna take her shopping.

it was first period and she had the first note in her hand. i smiled at how much she was smiling. she sat next to me and thanked me.

"you dont have to thank me for telling you the obvious"

she blushed and we began first period.

this went through until lunch. i bought my lunch and came back and sat with aubrey. everyone was crowding around her because it was her birthday and it make me a little nervous and angry. people are only doing that so they get noticed. most days me and aubrey just sit alone at a table. were not close to emily or luke, sean and hannah are ignoring each other so its just us mostly. but today there were a lot.

"harry did my mom switch my lunch? oh my god i love watermelon! oh and a cake. is this chicken noodle?!"

"no i did"

"aww harry! thank you!"

soon it was the end of the day.

"baby lets go shopping. my treat."

she looked at me and grinned

"really?!"

i nodded and took her to the mall.

"wanna get a dress for tonight?"

"but i already have one for homecoming"

"no your party"

"crap thats what i forgot to do"

we went into the dress shops first. we spent about an hour in one and a half hour in the other. she came out in a short black one shoulder strapped dress.

"no baby you cannot wear that"

"what why?"

"you look way too irresistible in that"

"gives me 100 reasons to get it"

i laughed and we got the dress. then we got more and more stuff. i probably dropped a lot of my saving money but whatever i wouldve bought it on shoes or something. we went back to the house and she immediately got ready for homecoming. i dont understand why she was such a perfectionist about things, i mean she is perfect so why is she spending so much time to waste because she cant perfect anything thats already perfect?

oo i should write that one down.

"bubba?"

"yeah haz?"

"why are you doing that?"

"doing what? getting ready?"

"yeah why?"

"so i look good?"

"you always look good"

"no i dont"

"yes you do! but whatever makes you happy"

she smiled, she put in her earrings and grabbed some leggings and her cheering coat/sweatshirt and black uggs.

"for after halftime"

i smiled and grabbed my sweatpants and a t-shirt.

"you guys ready?"

her mom yelled down.

we came downstairs and she took pictures of us, us two, then us with mikey. i posted one on instagram and tagged

we got drove to the game by hannah and zayn. they were all lovey dovey but zayn was smoking a cigarette. i hated cigarettes. they reminded me too much of my dad.

aubrey held me tighter knowing how i was feeling.

"ill talk to her about it later"

she mouthed and i nodded.

"you guys ok back there?"

zayn said and looked back

"just fine"

i said between gritted teeth.

"aubrey you look stunning tonight"

hannah said and smiled at her. then hannah pulled out a cigarette. what?!

aubrey looked stunned and pissed. hannah doesnt know everything about my dad but she knows well enough to not pull out a god damn cig on us.

"are we almost there"

aubrey said trying to breathe fresh air. she was hiding behind my back choking. i rolled my windows down.

"can you guys please stop?! aubrey and i cannot breathe"

"jeez harry calm down its just a cigarette"

hannah said and puffed smoke in my face.

"yeah well we cant breathe. so common curtesy and stop"

"whatever"

hannah said a flicked hers out the window. just being with this asshole for 5 days and shes already a mini him. we finally got there and me and aubrey immediately hopped out.

coach told me not to suit up this game and spend it with aubrey and friends. we said wed meet hannah and zayn later.

"im sorry about that baby, i swear i had no idea she smoked, and i didnt think theyd smoke in the car"

aubrey said and linked arms with me

"its okay i know its not your fault. just enjoy tonight okay?"

"i will"
