Swimming is a sport which allows a person to be released of stress. Anyway swimming in the first place comes with a lot of stuff like u need to exercise well enough before u can enjoy the pleasures of the water. In swimming we have four strokes namely butterfly, breaststroke. Freestyle or crawl and finally backstroke. With butterfly both hands are moved forward into the water with the thumb entering first . while doing the butterfly we use our legs to kick I. E we use the dolphin kick.
With backstroke your hands are placed in the water with the little finger entering first. With breaststroke the hands are moved within the water as well as the legs. Finally freestyle or crawl, the hands are swayed through the water. It is advisable to breath after every three strokes
But if u have cardiovascular problems u can breathe on each stroke. Swimming reduces high blood pressure and helps the fat to reduce in weight. Swimming should be practiced at least three times in a week. Swimming also builds strength and endurance. It also keeps the heart rate up. Swimming does a lot of things to help mankind but some humans don't see the essence of swimming.
