It allows you to summon three main weapons like a mallet

This mallet can't cause serious harm to your opponent. It's actually mainly for giving someone a good whack that can send em FLYIN! You can also alter it's size because I said so.
Next is your gun

Now this gun can either shoot out confetti, or a little sign that says "BAM!" It's mainly for causing a distraction or giving your opponent a mini heart attack.
The other part of your quirk is the bluff part. Since you're a jester you can easily set boobytraps anywhere or you can set up mini bombs that once again spray confetti or deliver a blinding light .

You absolutely love spandex due to you growing up at a circus after all. You paint your face because you're kind of a clown sooo. And let's not forget your black lipstick and that black mask. Basically the entire outfit is to suit your persona.
