Hogwarts Express 2

It was  10:45. Your mum took you to the platform, but didn't stay long. She had to report back to the set for more filming. "Have a good term, dears. See you on the first of December. You'll travel through floo powder from Dumbledore's office."
"Yes, mum." you and Ethan reply. "Love you." she gives you and Ethan a kiss and a hug. "Give dad a hug and kiss for me." you say. "I will, love." your mum replies. You loved it when your parents referred to you as love. It made you feel special.

"Y/N!" came  a voice. You look to see Hermione waving at you. You go over to her. "Have you seen Harry and Ron?" she asked. You shook your head. "They better get here soon. The train will be leaving. Come on. Let's go save ourselves a seat." 
"Okay." you say. You parked your trolley over to one of the conductors and took Shadow out of her kennel. 

You boarded the train and found an empty compartment. You and Hermione sat down. 
"I'm excited for this term." Hermione said enthusiastically. "Lockheart's teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts this year."
You groan. "What?" Hermione asked. "My family hates him." you say. "What? Why? He's amazing!" Hermione remarked. "Him and my mother didn't get on while they were in school." you say. "Oh..." was all Hermione brought herself to say.

Just then, the compartment door opened. You hoped to see Harry and Ron, but it was Ginny.
"Ginny, have you seen the Harry and Ron?" Hermione asked. Ginny shook her head. "Can I sit with you?" she asked. "Of course." you say. Ginny smiled and  entered the compartment. 

"Are you excited?" you asked. "Yeah. I'm also really nervous." Ginny replied as she scrunched her shoulders. "It's nerve wracking at first, but then once you get sorted, you feel both relief and happy." Hermione replied. 

The compartment door opened again. The three of your glanced up, hoping to see Harry and Ron, but it wasn't. It was Tommy. "Hey, Y/N." Tommy smiled. "Oh. Hi Tommy." you said, giving a face of slight disappointment. "Can me and my mates sit here. Everywhere else is full." Tommy asked, glancng around the compartment. "Yeah, sure." you said. Tommy glanced back to the outside of the compartment. "We're good, guys." he said. 

Just then; Stephan, Will, Deedee, Siggy, and Ki entered the compartment. Tommy took a seat next to you.  You were squished between Tommy and Hermione. "How was your summer?" he asked. "Hectic." you replied. "Traveling between two continents is tiring, even if you can aparate or use floo powder." 
Chuckles filled the compartment. "Hey, have you seen Harry or Ron?" you asked. Everyone shook their heads. You sigh and Hermione groans. "Hey, chill. They're probably already in another compartment." Will said with a shrug. "I better hope so." Hermione said in an annoyed tone.

Just then, the train started to move. You had an uneasy feeling in your stomach, but you tried to ignore it. 
Harry and Ron will be fine, right? you mentally asked yourself.  

"So..." Hermione said awkwardly. "Oh, yeah! Guys, this is Ginny. It's her first year here." you say, introducing the young ginger girl. Everyone waves, while she waved shyly.
"You'll most likely be a Gryffindor. With me and him." Hermione said, pointing to Stephan. Ginny nodded. 

"-Anything from the trolley?" the trolley witch's voice saing. You and Tommy stood up at the same time. You exchange looks with the Hufflepuff and he opens the compartment. "I can pay." Tommy said. "Oh, no. It's okay. I can." you say. "How about we combing our money?" Tommy sugested. "Okay." you agree. You combine your money and get a little bit of everything from the trolley. 

The rest of the train ride, you ate sweets, talked, laughed, and most importantly,Ginny warmed up to Tommy and his mates. You also could've swarn you heard something hover over the train and saw a flying car, but didn't worry much about it. But....where were Harry and Ron?
