Rain drizzled outside as I sat on the couch, snacking on some cookies thinking about today. It was all mysterious.

First I forgot last night, then was kidnapped, I yelled but no one heard...saw a wall as a computer...heard some crazy stuffs...then I walked out of a wall that brought me back to my exact position minutes ago.

I tossed a cookie into my mouth.

"Was I really transported to the future...and that note...." I pouted chewing on my cookie.

I looked at the time. It was eight already and Edna was not back. I wondered what Aria was doing with her.

"Grey" I heard a knock on the door.

Speak of the devil. I walked over to open the door for her. She rushed in closing up the umbrella and heading for the bathroom inside.

"Hey! What's wrong" I yelled at her running figure.

"I am pressed" she yelled from the bathroom.

I smiled to myself, as I went back to the couch. Our house was just a small apartment...a simple sitting room, kitchen and a room for us.

It was simple but I loved it's comfort. Imagine not having a place to stay right now when the rain just started falling so hard. I was satisfied with everything I had right now. Half bread was better than none anyway.

I switched on the TV and put in my favorite series to watch at least to help me put my mind off all the craziness of today. Soon Edna reappeared holding onto her tummy in pain. She had changed into her pink night gown.

"Hope you flushed" I asked her, not shifting my eyes from the TV.

She plopped into the space by my side.

"Yh...I did. My stomach hurts"

"Did you eat anything you shouldn't have?" My eyes still fixed in the TV.

The series was at an interesting point. The main male role got rejected by the girl he had always loved for ten years for the fifth time in three months...and now he ended up drunk in his best friends house...and his friend's sister who had always had a thing for him was going home already.... hmph.... juicy things coming.

"You don't wanna know what went on with Aria and I?"

"I want to. Not now...I wanna watch this scene"

I reached for another cookie but it was finished! Shit!

I glanced towards Edna.

"Edna!"

She had five cookies stuffed up in her mouth.

"That was for me" I complained.

"Grab another cookie then" she told me, chewing on it.

I glanced at her. She still had her hand clutching to her tummy.

"What did Aria give you?" I asked worriedly.

"C'mon it's not Aria" she said dismissing my suspicion "it's my stomach acting up again. I haven't eaten since yersterday afternoon"

I reached for the remote and switched off the TV. Edna has always had this problem since I knew her. Anytime she doesn't eat for long, her stomach begins to hurt. I really think it's ulcer and we've visited a few hospitals back at Aunt Jacqueline's but they all said it's hereditary. Not a problem. I don't believe it though. They are all quacks. If not for our lack of money, I'd have taken her to a better hospital.

"I will get you food now then" quickly I stood up, and went to the pantry. But on opening it, there was nothing left. Absolutely nothing. The light reflected on the empty space making me bite my bottom lip.
