The Raizada family were one of the wealthiest family in India and that was due to their son arnav who was very smart and ambitious even though they were already rich.

But it was arnav who saved them from being bankrupt because his uncle and father had made one of the biggest business mistakes and it was very hard for them to rectify it  and by that time arnav was starting his own business in USA but he had to drop that dream and sold his small business and returned back to India and helped his family.

Arnav had a good business sense,though his father is the MD and his uncle is the CEO, but he is the one who made the Raizada industries to be were it is right now and he never wanted a position he did whatever was needed to be done in the business" we can say he played all roles".

He was a hard worker and had a good relationship with  clients and business partners, which made him popular and well respected in the business world  but working with family members had its own ups and downs but he had always been neutral when it cames to family and business.

Arnav was in charge of the business finances and also bringing in new business investment as well as new clients and he was very good in that and these  forced him to  work harder and now he needs a PA to help him in various things that needed to be done since his PA aman got a promotion and he had asked druv to find him a PA as  he is the HR manager of Raizada industries.

But it looked like druv was in no hurry to hire anyone and it had been almost 2 months since arnav had asked his brother for his help in finding a PA and now he felt he needed to do it himself and that's why he went to a recruitment agency to find him a PA as he is in need of one and that did  didn't go well with druv who was angry at arnav for passing him as the HR manager and going to a recruitment agency to look for a PA for himself.

Druv: Arnav has not done well, he went to a recruitment agency to look for a pa for himself and he had told me to do it but I have been busy and that's why there was a delay and now I have shortlisted same candidates for him.

Arnav: But it's a little bit to late, papa I had asked druv to find me a pa as soon as possible because my workload was becoming much and I needed help fast and the reason I went to a recruitment agency was because it was taking almost 2 months for him to find me a PA  and I had no choice than to do that as he was not telling me anything and I also didn't know that he was busy because he never said anything to me.

Druv: You could have at least talk to me first bhai  but you went behind my back.

Arnav: Sorry if you feel like that druv but you left me with no choice, I could not wait for another month.

Dev: Okay you two stop it , druv I get your point but what arnav did was out of frustration as he needed a PA for himself but since he has contacted a recruitment agency let's see what they have to offer and see if the candidate will be suitable but druv will also have to interview them when they came.

Arnav: Yes papa I understand and I didn't mean to undermine you druv, it is just that I was desperate.

Druv: Its okay bhai, at least l will be allowed to also give the candidate an interview and i  will get the best PA for you.

Arnav: I have a request, can Aman also be there at the interview as he was my PA and I believe he will also know a suitable candidate.

Druv: What do you think about what arnav said druv? will it be okay for you if Amen help you??

Druv: Yes its okay papa, I don't have any problem with it.

Dev: Now that the problem is solved you can all go back to your work and arnav I will need that file which contains all the financial statements and our business investment portfolio.
