In the days of old, faeries would roam among humans, living with them, eating with them, even marrying them.
No longer.
Due to rumors, skeptics, and disbelief, the humans' view of faeries became twisted and they turned upon what were once their friends and brothers, with one goal: to drive them from the earth. A desperate battle ensued, with no clear victor. The remaining faeries fled to a small island in Scotland where the humans rarely set foot.
Rarely. Not never.
There they thrived for many years.
But what would it take to bring them back?
