"Katsumi!" Katsuki shouts, looking at his watch, "Hurry up or we'll be late! And if I'm late because of your trying to do your stupid makeup, I'll-"

"Kill me?" I shout tiredly, carrying my back down the stairs. "You really need a new catch phrase, bro."

Katsuki rolls his eyes and walks out the door. I follow behind him, but not before giving my mom a quick hug and a kiss on the top of my dad's head.

"So, we have 10 months till the exams, right?" I ask Katsuki, holding a mirror and a powder puff in my hand, as I didn't have time to set my make up this morning.

"Yes, how many times do I have to tell you?" Katsuki shouts and sighs dramatically.

"Okay, well we need to increase training, don't you think? I mean, we need to do our absolute best in order to get into U.A."

Katsuki smirks, "Please, I'm sure we'll both beat all of those extras, even without extra training."

"But..." I say dragging out the 'u', "It never hurts to work harder, remember. Besides, we don't know who's try out and what kind of powerful quirks we'll see." Katsuki nods. He's not his usual self around me. Sure, he's still an arrogant bastard with in need of anger management classes, but he respects me as his equal. Which most people don't get the privilege of.

"You guys are all third-years now," our teacher flops down a stack of paper, "It's time to start thinking seriously about your futures!" He picks up the stack of papers, "I would hand out these future career forms, but..." he tosses them all in the air, "I assume you all want to be heroes!"

The whole class cheers, showing off their quirks while me and my brother remain calm and seated. "Yes, you all have wonderful quirks. But you know that it's against the rules to use them at school!"

The class was quiet for a moment before Kasuki shouts, "Sensei! Don't lump me in with these losers!" I just sigh and zone out. Katsuki did this often.

"As if I had anything like their crappy quirks." I frowned slightly when he didn't mention me. I mean, we had the same quirk.

"Ah," The teacher says,"Katsuki, of course. You must be aiming for U.A. High School."

"That national school?! The cutoff this year is 79, right!?"

"I hear they barely accept anyone!!"

"I'm trying to go there too, you know," I whisper.

Katsuki notices and shouts, "So is my sister, Katsumi!" Katsuki jumps on top of his desk like a dramatic bitch, "Me and Katsumi aced the mock exam!! We're the only ones here with the stuff for U.A!" I roll my eyes, but can't help agree with Katsuki. I didn't think I was necessarily superior to my classmates (Unlike someone I know), but I did know that my quirk was better trained and stronger than my classmates. I just wasn't as cocky about it.

"I'll even surpass ALL MIGHT and become the best hero out there!" Katsuki says cockily. I wasn't going to correct the 'I' this time, cause even I didn't think either one of us were that good.

"You're also going for U.A., aren't you Midoriya?" The teacher asks. Katsuki freezes and turns to his victim. I dropped my head in my arms. I knew what was about to happen.

"Good grades alone can't get you into the hero program!" A student shouts.

Izuku stands up, "Th-that's not necessarily true! Sure, there's no precedent but..."

"Come on, Deku!" Katsuki shouts, and a loud boom is heard. I shoot out of my seat and run over to them.

Katsuki has Izuku pinned against the wall, "Forget their crappy quirks! You're totally quirkless! You think you can rub shoulders with me?!"

"Wait, no Kacchan, " Izuku studders, Katsuki throws him into the wall. I look at the teacher, who doesn't look like he's going to intervene, per usual. "I wasn't... saying I could compete with you! Not at all!" he looks down, "It's just...been my dream since I was little and well..." He shrinks into the wall, "There's no harm in trying..."

Everyone laughs and Katsuki continues to taunt him, "What can you even do?"

I step in, "Alright, Katsuki! That's enough!" I'm standing between him and Izuku, "And you!" I point to the teacher, "You should be ashamed! What kind of teacher allows this to happen! I ought to report this to the principle!" The bell rings as the teacher cowers shamefully under my glare.

I help Izuku up and give him a small smile, "I'm sorry about my brother. He's a complete BASTARD!" I shout, aiming it towards Katsuki.

"It's fine, I'm used to it after all these years..." Izuku sighs, I frown. I go to grab my bag as Izuku goes to grab a notebook off his desk.

Katsuki snatches it before Izuku can grab it, "We ain't done here, Deku"

"What's that, Katsuki?" one of Katsuki's 'friends' ask.

" 'For My Future'? This guy.." another says.

I rush over and glare at Katsuki.

"C-come on. Give it back!!" Izuku begs.

I know what Katsuki is about to do when I shout, "Katsuki, I swear, If you-" A loud boom is heard. His notebook is ruined. Katsuki tosses it out the window. I gasp.

"U.A will take only the best. I will be the only ones from this crap-fest of a school to get into U.A." I look down at the ground, upset as Katsuki continues, "Don't you dare get into U.A., nerd! In fact I've got a time-saving idea for you. If you think you'll have a quirk in your next life... Go take a swan dive off the roof!"

I'm finally fed up, "OKAY THAT'S IT!" I grab Katsuki by the ear and drag him from the classroom, him yelping on the way and trying to fight me. I drag him outside and drop him onto the ground, off school property, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST TELL SOMEONE TO KILL THEMSELVES?! WHAT IF HE ACTUALLY DOES THAT, HUH? DID YOU THINK ABOUT THAT? YOU'LL COST SOMEONE THEIR LIFE!" Katsuki's eyes are wide and slightly scared. He knew I didn't get mad like this often, and when i do... Well it's never a good thing.

"WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS? WHAT DID IZUKU EVEN DO TO YOU?"

"He exists, that's enough!" Katsuki snarls.

I land a right hook on his jaw, "YOU WANT TO FIGHT KATSUMI? FINE," He blasts into the air, "Let's Fight!"

He's falling towards me, planning an over head attack. I fake right, then deliver a punch on his left side. He groans, but lands on his feet again non the less. Now we are both facing each other, in a fighting stance. I decide to take offense and attack first. I collect some saliva in my mouth and spit it, igniting it. Bright flames shoot in front of as  I run quickly. The smell of burning sugar wafts my nose, and manage to get behind Katsuki. I go to make a right hook punch, but Katsuki grabs my wrist and flips me over his shoulder. I tuck my body into itself and deliver a powerful push using my feet, kicking him in the stomach. I land onto the ground, tackling him before for he can get up.

"WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS!? ALL YOU DO IS HURT PEOPLE AND ACT LIKE YOUR SO MUCH BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE!" I shout, flipping onto his stomach and grabbing his hands behind his back, holding him in place.

"I AM BETTER THAN ALL OF YOU EXTRAS!" He growls, wiggling to get away.

I freeze. I calmly release Katsuki and stand up, brushing dirt from my uniform. "If..." My voice is quiet and emotionless as he looks at me with confused eyes. "If that's how you feel. I won't bother you anymore." I can feel the tears swelling in my eyes as I avoid his eyes.

"'Sumi.. That's-That's not what I meant-"

"No, you meant it. I think you've felt like this our whole lives. I was always the worse version of you. Always in your way. I'm sure you'll be glad to hear, " A single tear streaks my check and turn away form him, "I won't be a problem anymore." I could hear him calling my name, but I ignored it as I took off in a sprint, tears falling from my face.
