"Collapse" (Chapter Two)

Three Months Later

Its been three months sense Barry left Central City has begun to collapse. The police are in overtime as criminals have realized only Kid Flash is running around stoping crimes. One out of every ten Metahumans are caught. Central City itself is on the brink of collapse and no one knows were the Flash has gone.

S.T.A.R. Labs is also working overtime Kid Flash is doing everything in his power to catch any criminals and Cisco was working with the CCPD to develop and advance new Anti-Metahuman Technology. With all the chaos going on the ring was quickly forgotten. That was until the time came to get support. After a quick brain storming session The S.T.A.R. Labs team decided it was time to attempt to get Caitlin and bring her into the fold.

Cisco fond Caitlin in a bar breaking up a fight between two would be brawlers.

Approaching her Cisco could see the differences with a more Killer Frost look. Once their eyes met Both Caitlin and Cisco knew it was time for her to get back to work.

Caitlin in all honesty has been anticipating the day when she could finally be welcomed back into her friends life. After the brawlers were escorted to separate doors Caitlin approached Cisco

Cisco seeing her and asks "Have you been watching the news?". Caitlin dumbfounded by the question and at a loss for words does not respond. Cisco continues "We need you back, the city is in chaos and S.T.A.R. Labs is overbooked. We are falling."

Completely confused now Caitlin responds with a simple smile and a hug. During the hug Caitlin whispers in his ears "What you really need is Barry back."

Cisco expected that she would bring up that topic, so he already had this whole speech planed to attempt to get her to help in bringing Barry back. When they pull out of the hug Cisco goes on to say "It's good to know that we are on the same page when it comes to that, but we are going to need your help."

Caitlin wondering how she could help asks "What do you need my help for? I'm not anywhere near as knowledgeable about the Speed Force as you or Harry."

Cisco had a slight feeling she would bring up Harry so he tells her what happened "Shortly after Barry left Harry went home and brought H.R. with him. We have been trying to reach Harry or anyone, something is blocking us from the rest of the Multi-verse."

Caitlin now understanding the predicament that S.T.A.R. Labs is in she agrees to come Back and make something to copy Barry's genetic code to attempt and fool the Speed Force.

Whilst Caitlin was working on the devise to fool the Speed Force, Cisco was working non-stop to attempt to solve his Multi-Verse theory.

After his second pot of coffee Cisco realized what the problem might be, as it turns out it was their Earth out of sync so he just had to recalibrate his gauntlets to account for the change in vibration.

Right before Cisco could recalibrate, Caitlin shouts from her lab. Concerned Cisco bolts over to her lab to find Caitlin holding a sphere and stuttering "Thi..This is it, This can bring him back.?"
