Well, Summer is here now and that means I am learning how to climb trees and rocks. Even though I already know how. My time of climbing up a 24 ft tall tree is 8min and 13sec I would have made it in 7min if I would have not scratched my knee. Everyone else's time was over 12min the highest time was 18min. When everyone was climbing, I snuck off into the woods. I heard something. A ruffling sound in the bushes. I went by the bush and out came a dog. Not from our tribe. I don't know what kind of tribe it would come from. It has white fur, long fur and its ears wear down. It has an arrow in its thigh and he was muddy and he was limping. I came up to him.

" Here , boy. Come here I won't hurt you. " and soon he came to me. I pulled the arrow out of him and he whimpered.

" I'll take you to the river. Come on boy. " when we came to the river I washed him off. He drank a lot of water, then I went to the berries and fed him some. I heard hunters. BOOM BOOM, there goes a duck. It wasn't my tribe, then why are they in our woods? I ran but I fell in mud. I got up and ran to my village.

" INTRUDERS INTRUDERS !" I yelled getting everyone's attention.

"What are you talking about?" My mother asked, "Hunters, not our tribe. I don't know who's tribe."

A horn played as we seen dark smoke and a huge forest fire back in our woods. I froze, our forest, it's burning. I came back to reality after my mom was pulling me. I still had the dog I found. I ran with him, " Come on boy! We have to evacuate! " he barked and I went to my cabin grabbed my bag and my stones and my bottle and journal, I took my bow and arrow that I made while sneaking out of school a year ago and I put it on my back. I ran out. I followed my tribe, "Where are we going?!?" I asked my mother,"Away, far away." She said as we got on our horse and I sat in the back carriage.

In the back there was a small and light mattress, I sat on it. I put my stuff next to me. Then I laid down and fell asleep.
