+so yeah, this is my first one shot. I based this on a comic of McCree and Reyes and I literally cried with that comic. I'll put the fandub of the comic down so you can see it

+Also, this happens when McCree, Reyes and the gang were in Blackwatch.

+Warnings: blood, dead bodies and angsty but fluff at the end I guess (??)

+Also I love this goddamn song so much but it got nothing to do with the one shot tho

"Agh....fuck." You said, trying to stand up.

This never happened to you, although you went to a lot of missions you've never expected that. You raised your body a little bit from the cold floor with your hands. Your leg was injured, it wasn't that bad but, damn. It hurted a lot.

You looked at your hands. Your gloves made of leather were ripped off of your hands, your hands were also a little bit black because of the dirt of the floor. Your hands were injured too, the skin of your hands was a little bit ripped off but it wasn't something too serious, too.

But burned like hell though.

You looked up, finding the worst thing you have never seen in years. You didn't see this before, just when the omnic crisis began.

You hardly got up because of your hands and leg. You squeaked a little bit, it almost didn't sound.

You putted a hand on your leg, trying to stop the pain as you walked.

The sky was grey, there were breathless bodies with tons of blood underneath them.

Your eyes went wide wacthing this terrible scenery. You couldn't breath, buy then you remembered what happened.

You went on a mission to Dorado with Commander Reyes, Genji and McCree. It was supposed to be fast and easy but guess it wasn't that easy.

You were supposed to stop the actions from Los Muertos, easy right? But they set a bomb on one of their cars, and the only thing you could remember was the light from the explosion and you shouting the name of the cowboy with frightened eyes, then all went black.

"...Jesse." You whispered. Then you realized. Jesse was very near from that car.

You saw on the distance two forms standing up, your vision was blurry. One was larger than the other, the large one was leaning on the shorter one.

You started walking again, with your left hand in your left leg. Approaching to the two figures, then you vision was clear again.

Commander Reyes was leaning on Genji's shoulder while Reyes had a arm wrapped on Genji to lean on him.

It seemed that they have noticed you because they turned their heads to see you. When they saw you they sighed in relief, knowing that you were fine and not that bad injured.

"Thank god you're fine, (Y/n)." Said Reyes looking at you with a small smile. Genji gave you a small smile too but you couldn't give them the same smile.

"Have you seen McCree?" You asked, looking at them with fire in your eyes of the anger and worry you had inside.

"No, we have not seen him." Genji said, with sadness in his voice.

"He was very near of that car...he didn't make it out of there..." Reyes said, looking down at the floor.

"What do you mean with that?" You said coldly trying to calm down the anger you had growing inside of you.

"I saw...I saw him..his body....burned." Reyes said still looking at the floor, not daring to look at you as Genji looked at the floor as well.

They knew that you were really good friends with Jesse. You've hang out almost every day and they even knew you felt something for him, something that you couldn't explain with words.
