Fallen

Chapter 1

Lily sat at her desk as she tried to pay attention to the droning on teacher but it seemed her sketchbook got her attention a little better. She opened her book to a blank page and started drawing. She drew a graceful floating body and a kind face. She gave her drawing a white T-shirt and rough jeans with black and white converses. Onto the face she drew light pink lips a small nose and two feminine eyes, both rose pink. Then she drew long hair that flew with the drawing that was blue until the tips which was purple. She topped it off with giant beautiful wings and wrote at the bottom of the drawing: Free. The difference between her and that drawing is that her hair was in a ponytail and her wings where hidden under her black jacket.

She suddenly felt a tap on her shoulder. She turn and saw a girl with brown hair and soft dark brown eyes. "Hey, " She said softly in a sweet voice "I like your drawing. " She smiled at her. Lily smiled surprised at her compliment. "Thanks. What's your name little girl? " Little girl?? She thought. What's wrong with me?? Lily stared at her expecting a 'Your a weirdo' reaction but the girl just giggled. "My names Marie. What's yours?" She asked still holding her smile. She felt her heart skip a beat. "My names Lily. " She replied her smile getting a bit crooked.

"I hEar TALKinG!!" The teacher yelled like the banshee he was. Lily turned back to the teacher. After a couple minutes back into the lesson Lily felt another tap on her shoulder. She turned an saw Marie with a folded piece of paper in her hand pointed at Lily. She looked at the teacher then quickly toke to note making sure they weren't caught. She opened it.

Sorry I got you in trouble.

Lily picked up her pencil and wrote:

It's ok. It can happen to anyone. :)

She then tossed it over her shoulder. After a few more minutes she got the piece of paper back,
