I woke up on Friday morning feeling drained. I had cried more in the past two days than I had ever in my life. I couldn't wait for the day to be over. I got out of bed quickly and got dressed in record time. I was trying to beat Katsuki to school, in hopes of not having to see him and not being late like I was yesterday.

I skipped makeup today, simply applying some SPF lotion and lip balm. I ran downstairs, grabbing an apple off the counter, ignoring Katsuki who had some how already been down there, and said by to my mom and dad. I headed out the door, still taking the longer route to further avoid Katsuki. I didn't see Todoroki, but I wasn't that upset. I would get see him later.

I was one of the first ones in class that morning, opening a copy of Howl's Moving Castle to pass the time. I could see Katsuki finally enter the classroom from the corner of my eye and sit down in the desk beside mine. I could see him looking at me, still seeming like he wanted to say something. He never did.

The bell rang as the last students piled into the classroom and took their seats. We didn't have any lessons in the morning, as it was our 'study' period. I took time to look through the lessons I missed yesterday when I was brooding and take notes.

The bell rang and it was time for our first period. When the teacher began his lesson, I was careful to pay attention and take detailed notes this time. I figured the only way to stop feeling shitty is to act less shitty, which meant paying attention in class. So far, it had been working. I was feeling more myself.

I was in my 6th period class, doing group work with a girl named Takahashi. We had been paired up randomly. Takahashi was a sweet and quiet girl, always able to get along with just about anyone. Well, except Katsuki, but almost no one could do that.

"I'm honestly glad I got paired up with you, Bakugo," Takahashi sighed with a small smile, "Anyone else would have probably just made me do all the work."

I give her a small smile, "Probably. You're one of the smartest in this class."

"Well, behind you and your brother."

"Don't forget about Izuku." I smile. That kid always made the best of grades. Speaking of Izuku, I still hadn't apologized to him on Katsuki's behalf. He deserves an apology.

"Poor Izuku," Takahashi frowns, "It sucks that Bakugo picks on him so much. And out of everyone in here, I think he's the one that deserves a quirk."

I nod, "With or without a quirk, the kid's got guts. He may let Katsuki pick on him, but he at least tries to stop him from picking on anyone else."

I grab our papers and turn them into our teacher. The bell rings as soon as I reach my seat, so I go ahead and grab my bag. I see Izuku rushing out the classroom, so I go after him.

"Izuku!" I shout, trying to get his attention. He jumps and turns around, "Katsumi?"

"Can I walk with you?" I ask with a small smile.

"S-sure," Izuku stutters. I walk beside him, making small talk until we're out of the hallway, walking on the street.

"So," I turn to him, "I came to apologize about Katsuki. He was jerk. A huge one. And I know it doesn't help much, but I wanted you to know that he got an earful and beat down from me."

Izuku smiles a little, "It's fine. It's not like it's your fault."

"I also wanted to thank you for saving him from that villain. Whether he wants to admit or not, he needed help from what I hear. And how cool is it that you guys got saved by All Might!? I wish I could have been there." I say dreamily. All Might was my idol, along with Katsuki's, though he'd never admit it.

"It wasn't like I did much," Izuku looks at the ground, "But meeting All Might was really cool!" He says with an excited voice.

"I can imagine." I smile.

We're quiet for a second and i say, "What he said isn't true, you know?"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"When he told you that your useless. You're not. Whether intentional or not, you've helped more people than you realize. I mean," I shrug my shoulders, "If you wouldn't have always stood up for everyone else he picked on, he would have kept tormenting them. You made him aim all his anger at you. Which is stupid, don't get me wrong," I chuckle, "But it's noble. Even without a quirk, you are one hell of a hero."

Izuku blushes, "I don't know about all that, but it's very kind of you to say that." I give him a small smile.

I look down at my phone to check the time and see I'm a few minutes past meeting Todoroki, "Shoot! I'm so sorry, but I have to blast. I'm supposed to be meeting someone in the park! I'll talk to you later, Izuku!" I shout as I run ahead, around the corner.

Todoroki's POV:

I had been watching the ducks in the pond while waiting for Bakugo to arrive for about 30 minutes. I wasn't sure why she was late, but I was hoping she hadn't forgotten. Or worse, she decided not to come.

Another 5 minutes passed and I finally decided to leave. Fuyumi was making cold soba for dinner, and I didn't want to miss it without a good reason. I stood up and began making my way home.

"Wait!"

I turn around to see Bakugo sprinting towards me. She stopped in front of me, gasping for air, "Sor...Sorry, I was late," She took a deep breath, "I was talking to a friend and lost track of time."

"It's fine, " I sighed, "I'm just glad you showed up. I thought you'd forgotten."

"I could never forget." Her face flushed red, "I didn't mean to say that out loud."

A light pink dusted my cheeks as well. I cleared my throat, "So, are you ready to train?"

She nods, adjusting the strap of her bag, "We better hurry though. Because of me, we lost almost an hour of training."

We walked to the gym of the rec center, making conversation about our day. I went to open the door, but it wouldn't budge.

"Look," Bakugo pointed, "Gym will be closed due to maintenance," she read.

I let out a sigh, "Well that's convenient. Where are we gonna train now?"

Bakugo thinks for a moment, "Where did you usually train?"

"My house, but we can't train there."

"Why not?" Bakugo asks curiously.

"Just because, now stop asking questions."

Bakugo is silent another minute, "Well," she brushes a spiky piece of hair from her eyes, "We could train a the gym at my school?"

"Sounds fine to me."

That's how we ended up at Bakugo Katsumi's school, training in the gym together. There were a few other people in the gym, other students and a couple of teachers to supervise them.

Bakugo and I were sparring using our quirks. She was winning, pinning me down on the hard mat below me.

"I thought you were stronger than this," she laughed in my ear. I sent a blast of ice from my right hand, grabbing hers, covering it with ice. I flipped us over, now straddling her. I was moving my hands to hold hers over her head when I accidentlaly brushed over her stomach. She let out small laugh.

I smirked, "Ticklish, are we?"

She shook her head no, trying to hide her laugh as I continued to tickle her.

"No?" I tickled her some more.

She couldn't hold her laugh in anymore, "Yes, yes! I'm ticklish! Please!" She gasped as i continued, "Stop!" She laughed, "I can't.." She was taking deep breaths, "I can't breath!"

"I though you were stronger than this," I mocked, "Admit I win, and I'll stop."

"Never!" She shouted in between laughs. I continued to tickle her as she begged for me to stop.

"Alright," She laughed, "You...You win!"

"Who the hell are you, and what-" A voice shouted, "The hell do you think your doing with my sister?!"
