Chapter one:

In the beginning.

I could finally understand why people feared the silence, that's because they don't know what's hiding in the shadows, which is mainly because they can't see them. It's a secret to most people, a secret that if they found out could change everything. So, I had to hide it. I had to hide everything I've ever seen, every nightmare, every soul sucking sound my ears have consumed, and everything that I have ever done.

Every night 365 days a year, there is a period in the night right between the dots in twelve o'clock. In that period, it so generously gave one full hour for those who craved the worst kind of sin. Legend says that when hades was thrown from olympus, he stroked the empowerment clock which stood at the top of the golden gates. When he struck the clock, an hour created right between 12:00 pm and 1:00 am. Zeus was appalled. No one had ever done anything like this. Yet, he knew Hades wasn't going to give up. Hades, holding the hour with an iron grip, swore his allegiance to wickedness and promised to do the most damage he could in such a short amount of time. However, Zeus being as quick and able; he sent out a deal that he knew Hades wouldn't refuse. Without war, he would give Hades the hour. Giving him that, Hades would cast off his servants of the night and do his worst. So, he unrolled the golden scroll and under in small fine print it stated that maybe in a year, or 5, or a million life times that there would be a savior. There would be someone who could stop him and manipulate his plans with just one weapon. The sword of σκοτεινή ώρα or most known as the sword of the dark hour. Hades read and when he finally came to the fine print, he just let out a little giggle not thinking anything of it since his mind was belittled with the corruption of yet to come, believing that he could not be stopped. He took the quill and singed. With that he casted out the most cruel, wicked, and evil demons to do their masters work. However, in this hour of the night it took place when the sun finally made its last ray. Even stating that he had one-hour, Hades influencers could arrive then to check out what kind of deeds they would be conjuring for the evening. And when that hour of the night finally came, the slaves would get to work. Nobody could stop hades and his gang of serpents. It had been years, centuries even, however. One morning on his 17th birthday
Killian Sawyer woke up with a brand-new set of eyes. He could now see the demons that plagued the night.
