Invisible kryptonite

Lena's pov

Saying we only had a little fun last night wouldn't be enough, we probably had the best night so far.
I'm on my way to noonan's, getting some food for kara because well she's still sleeping, such a sleepyhead.
„Here you are, babe" I'm being swept off my feet and now floating like 3 feet in the air, Kara's hot breath touching my neck as I'm holding onto her „I wanted to get breakfast for you" I mutter into her suit, causing her to smile widely at me,
„Awww, wait a sec babe" faster than I could react to it, I'm standing on the ground again and within seconds kara picked me up with one arm, holding noonan's bags in the other.
I can see her smirking while she keeps flying us.

Finally she drops me on the couch in her apartment while she's standing in front of me, hands on hips and smiling down to me „so I walked all the way down, for nothing" I look her in the eyes and pout, she sits down next to me and smiles, now hugging me tight „awww baby, you walked so you could have a great flight back! Even the food is still hot" she smiles proud, making me chuckle.
„I still have to punish you" I'm smirking causing her to look at me in confusion, „why babe?" she's now the pouting one.
„Because you didn't kiss me since you picked me up" she's placing her hand on my thigh, making my breath speed up instantly.
„Well ma'am you can gladly punish me after breakfast" she says while turning around to watch something on tv and of course starts eating her potstickers.
But she's not taking her hand away from me.

I eat my favourite salad, „my salad isn't hot" I say and she nearly chokes on her potsticker and is laughing, „well it's salad" she's smiling at me but I pout „maybe I wanted hot salad" she's still smiling at me, „well you know I have heat vision" her eyes start glowing as if she wants to burn my salad „noo it's fine I love the salad babe" I say trying to get her not roasting my poor salad so,
I lean in and just kiss her, her hands going up my body, cupping my face in her hands.

5 minutes later
Kara's pov

How should I be able to enjoy my food when lena keeps teasing me? Impossible, even for the girl of steel.
Her hand going along my thighs, her fingers drawing circles on my skin, making me gasp every time she gets near my hot spot and she's smirking, knowing exactly what she's doing to me.

„Leeenaa...my..food" I'm trying my best not to moan. „I am your food" she's now sucking at my neck, causing me to shiver under her touch but suddenly the news on the tv's catching our attention „wild alien attacking the national city park, looking for supergirl" the young reporter says trying to keep calm.

Lena is now looking at me with pleading eyes „no" she's jumping on my lap, shaking her head.
My sweet girl.
„babe I have to" her grip on me only tightening „what if he hurts you" I take her face into my hands, making her look at me, „he won't hurt me, I'm supergirl after all" I'm smiling at her and she starts to smile back, „I love you kara" her lips landing on mine once again „I love you more"
I'm jumping outta the window, heading to the park.

Lena's pov
Boring.
Hell yeah this apartment is boring without kara, Okay every place is boring without kara.
Someones knocking at the door a few times so I go get it, hoping it's kara surprising me, it's not my girlfriend but I'm still surprised of who's standing there with a huge smile plastered on her face,
„Cat!?" im watching the elder woman in shook, „lena luthor, yeah I missed you too" she's pulling me into a hug, wait, is cat grant really just hugging me? Wow she really changed since she left.
„Oh come on don't act so suprised, I do have a heart. Now where's Kiera?" she's looking around in the room while I chuckle at her still calling kara like that. „Oh well she's-„ what the hell should I tell her?
„oh I forgot, the wild alien" cat comments, making my jaw drop
She knew?!
„H-how-„ cat laughs, „oh please, first of all I'm not blind and second, I'm not blind" okay actually she's right so I just nod my head in response before sighing
Hey I really missed her.
„So you want some coffee or something else?" I simply smile at her while walking into the kitchen.
„Coffee sounds good, as always" i hear cat giggling in the end, causing me to chuckle.

„so,cat, why exactly did you come back?" I calmly ask her, giving her the cup coffee.
She seems to be thinking of an answer while sitting down on the couch but then she confidently smiles, „well I guess I really missed you and my favourite reporter, Kiera"
Okay she's clearly trying to fool me, she doesn't sound like herself.
„Oh come on you're gonna make me blush-„ I sit down next to her, „so what's the real reason?" I'm raising an eyebrow at her, she's gazing into my eyes, exposed.
She's now looking at her feet, „I just felt like something bad was gonna happen to you, to Kiera" is she really worried worried about us? Aw.

I smile at her „well since you know it, kara is supergirl and won't let anyone hurt her loved ones" she nods and smiles at me, „you're so right".
I hear another knock on the door, „oh I'll get that" I stand up to see who's there, I'm opening the door to see Alex.
„Hey. Have you seen kara?" I don't know why, but I feel like something's wrong.
„I didn't see her since she went to the fight, why?" I give her a serious expression „because she's somewhere here, I think something went wrong in the fight but she just wanted to get home to you" This is weird.
„We can look for her, come inside" looking through the rooms, we finally found her lying on our bed, asleep.
„Wow she has to be really exhausted" I say while is having a worried look on her face and now I see why,
Kara's eyes are squeezed shut and her face showing a hurt expression as if she would be in pain.
„keep an eye on her, if she didn't wake up until tomorrow then please call me" I nod my head, okay.
„I'll stay here too, poor Kiera" cat says suprising is but she's just smiling.

The next day
I called Alex, kara really didn't wake up even when I tried to wake her. J'onn flies through the window and picks her up to fly to the DEO.
I'm gonna let cat drive us there as fast as possible.
„She's gonna be just fine" cat tries to comfort me as she's finally pulling over to the DEO.

„Where's kara?" I ask Alex, her eyes look like she cried „lena, cat, it seems like something keeps weakening her, we figured out it's affecting her just like kryptonite" I'm just looking at her in shook „no this can't be" I almost cry out.
„Aren't her veins turning green when she's affected by it?" cat asks that smart question but Alex keeps looking at her feet, „someone's trying to kill her, and that someone is a genius, he or she made some kind of invisible kryptonite" I hear cat gasp from behind me as I feel my heart arching, I can't lose her. „We're gonna try anything to safe her" Alex tries to stay calm but failing, „el mayara" cat adds, nodding.
