1. Payment- Follow me and a recognition that I made the cover somewhere in the book bio or your bio.
2. Tell me your information about your book in the form part of this book.
3. You will get one cover, if you don't like it or want something a little different let me know.
4. If you have a certain picture you'd like me to use then you can email it to me at bdg0795@gmail.com
5. Do not steal my cover's, and/or anyone's ideas. I will report you.
6. Tag 3 people
