"Hello? Jeongyeon?"

"Y/N? Is there something that you need?"

"Can you pick me up from the airport?"

"You're back in Korea?? O-Okay I'm coming!"

"Can I also stay at your place? I don't own a house here"

"Yeah sure! Just wait for me there okay?"

"Oki"

You finally came back from the US to South Korea after 20 years. Your mother warned you to not come back to Korea until 20 years is over. Now that it's over you can finally return in peace.

You stood outside the airport, waiting for Jeongyeon to pick you up and give you a ride. You looked around and sighed. It was good to be home.

(Just pick with whatever you are comfortable with hehe)

You were born to a single mother who had taken care of you after all these years. Though you didn't grow up with much, you were still happy and content just by being with your mother, Kang Jihyo. She was your world and you were hers. Her passing had a heavy impact in your life but it motivated you to work even harder. You didn't want all her efforts to go to waste.

"Hey Y/N! Over here!" Jeongyeon shouted and waved at you to get your attention. You looked up from your phone and saw the waving Jeongyeon. You walked up to her with your suitcase.

"Jeongyeon! How have you been?" You asked and hugged Jeongyeon. You two went to the same University in Harvard, and ever since your fisrt meating, you became really good friends.

"I'm doing great! But look at you! You became more beautiful!" Jeongyeon complimented.

"Are you saying that I wasn't beautiful before?" You teased.
