I could feel my heart beating rapidly in my chest as I tossed and turned in bed.

"Honey" was all I heard as I began to open my eyes. 

I felt a hand caress my cheek and instantly my heart beat calmed down. 

My eyes fully opened to the sight of Penny, sitting next to the bed in a chair.

"It's okay" he said as he began to rub my cheek with his thumb.

I was laying down in a hospital bed, the only sounds coming the monitors above me. I starred at Penny as my eyes began to well up.

"Shh" he hushed me. "He's almost here." 

I looked up at him, tears falling from my eyes. 

"I'm scared" i admitted to him. 

"I know." he said, back, lowering his hand. 

I felt the baby kick in my stomach and put my hand over my bump. 

"Will you be here with me?" i asked, looking up at him. 

"Always."
