An Elder

In the morning, Kacchan was the first to wake up. He slowly opened his eyes to suddenly see a small green-headed boy snuggled up to him. 'So warm...' he thought. Kacchan could feel the calm heartbeat and the warm breath of the smaller boy on his chest. Kacchan slowly and quietly got out of bed, trying not to disturb the other boy so he could make a nice meal for the two of them for breakfast instead of just juice and a yoghurt.

A little later, a tired Deku walked into the kitchen, his face lit up as soon as he saw Kacchan. "Wow! Kacchan are you cooking? It smells amazing!" Beamed Deku when he saw Kacchan at a stove, as he could smell the rich scents of Miso Soup and Green Tea. Kacchan looked over to the happy boy and smiled, showing off his dimples again, replying with a soft "Thank you." and a chuckle afterwards. Deku sat down at the dining table which was just next to the kitchen, and started talking to Kacchan about the dreams he had that night. "Yeah and I was able to play basketball with a zucchini! It was so weird!" Deku exclaimed. Kacchan figured that it was normal for Deku to have such odd dreams like these.

After Kacchan had finished making their breakfast, they sat down at the table and started to feast on their food. Kacchan looked up at Deku to see him devouring his food as if he hadn't eaten in a week. Once they had both finished, Deku started giving Kacchan praise for how good he thought the food was, Kacchan smirked and said "It's not that hard to make." He then leant over the table and ruffled Deku's hair, making it somehow more of a mess than it was before. The two boys laughed, all of a sudden Deku let out a small snort while laughing. Deku blushed red of embarrassment. "Oh my goodness I'm so sorry!" He giggled. Kacchan chuckled and said "Why're you sorry? I thought it was cute. Anyways, we should probably clean the dishes before they begin to pile up." Deku blushed even redder than before "Y-yeah." So they got up and proceeded to take their dishes over to the sink, and clean them.

After cleaning, Kacchan and Deku layed on Deku's bed on their phones. Deku laying across at the end of the bed, while Kacchan laying on the bed normally, his feet on Deku's back, using him as a sort of foot rest. Then Deku broke the silence in the room. "Hey Kacchan, there's this one Zoo sort of place nearby that has this old wolf, and I thought maybe you would want to see it? It's a really pretty wolf." Kacchan looked over at Deku in confusion, "Since when do they have wolves in Japan?" he questioned—but Deku was able to answer right away. "Oh it's not native to japan or anything, I think it got here from like Canada or something. I don't think it was bred in captivity though." He stated. Kacchan looked down in thought, then looked back up. "Sure why not, what time would we go?" He asked, smiling. "I mean if you really wanted to, we could go now." Deku replied, looking into Kacchan's ruby-red eyes. Kacchan shrugged, then nodded as if saying 'Yeah why not?' Then the two of then got up and packed a small bag of the necessities like their phones, wallet, water, snacks and of course, Deku's house keys.

The bus ride was pretty quiet. The two boys barely spoke a word as they were listening to music. Kacchan was sitting on the windowside seat looking outside at the rain, and Deku was beside him, looking at Kacchan, although Kacchan was completely oblivious to this.

When they got off of the bus, the place where the wolf was, was almost right next to the bus stop, so they only had to walk a few metres before they entered the building; but to their surprise, there were barely any people in there. Five at most.
To their disappointment, the building was pretty dark and gloomy. The map for the building wasn't very clear and most likely outdated so it took some time for them to find the wolf. When they finally found the enclosure, they were quite relieved as they had been walking around this place for what felt like hours(even though it was barely twenty minutes at max).

The wolf was beautiful; it had a glossy, black coat and bright, blue eyes. There was nobody else in the room with them so it was like they had the place to themselves.
Kacchan walked up to the metal bars which encaged the wolf, and sat down. He then stuck his head between the bars whilst holding onto them, closed his eyes and let his ears, tail, snout and claws appear. The other wolf looked at Kacchan and sat up, facing towards the wolf. All the while Deku was watching the situation unfold in amazement. Deku didn't want to get too close to the two wolves or make any sudden noises as he didn't want to disturb them during this heartwarming bonding that was unfolding before him.
