"Bye mom! I'll be back in a few hours!" I yelled. I was going exploring with my best friend and I couldn't wait. We packed up some snacks, water, and flashlights. It was going to be like a Sam and Colby type of exploring.
I went to the driver seat of my car while my friend went to the passenger seat. As we were driving to the woods, we blasted our favorite type of music. Soon we reached a wall of trees, the sign saying Red Forest welcoming us. I was so excited because there was this building that was apparently haunted. People didn't know but whoever went in there had some kind of experience with something.
We pulled into a nice spot, grabbed our bags, and walked. "This is really creepy" my friend called to me, a few feet behind me. He seems hesitant when we got here. "I thought you wanted to explore, dude?" I questioned. He looked at me with fear. "I wasn't thinking it was gonna be this scary.." he trailed off.
"Do you want to leave? I can do this on my own" I suggested, getting ready for him to leave. He did. "Yeah I can't be in this place, dude, sorry" He backed out and ran back to the car. "You text me when you want to be picked up, okay?" and with that he left. I didn't even know if I was going to have service but I just kept going.
It got more foggy as I went but I didn't think about it too much. Soon after about 5 minutes of walking up to the infamous house. But as I was about to step in, something grabbed me. I screamed but then whatever grabbed me knocked me out.
Everything was black.
