Damien, Atlas, Lloyd, and Diana make way through the area to find evidence that any animal left behind."Any luck?" Diana asks from the far side of the area they searched.
"Not from over here!" Damien called lifting his head.
Meanwhile, Lloyd found something, "Hey guys is this black mist or is it just me?" He asks while the group rushes toward him.
"Yeah, I see it," Atlas says to him.
It was a black mist that grew lighter toward the edges and in the center was the source of it that could be dim even in the light like an eclipse.
Damien was astonished he slowly crept toward the mist and felt the chilling air run throughout his fur.
It felt like it was pulling him toward it like there was a string that he couldn't let go of.
His eyes pierced as he heard an unknown voice.
"Trust...Me..." It said.
It sounded like a female but with a deep voice that echoed through his ears like a drum anticipating him more to walk to it.
He ignored his friends pleading for him to come back.
"Follow my voice..." It said leading him closer and closer.
Soon enough he was pulled out of his trance from Atlas stopping him.
"D-Damien! What happened?!" She asked immediately.
"I-" he stuttered, "I don't know. I heard a woman. She told me to trust her and follow her. She didn't sound like any animal I know though" Damien explains.
"Maybe we should cut today short and head back to the pack. It looks like the mist is already disappearing" Atlas suggested as they walked away and toward the pack.
Little did they know the women in the center of the mist had shown herself behind their backs.
As they left she formed into her true form.
Her white hair flowing long against her skin. And her green cloak hiding her eyes from view showing her pink lips.
"Florence, come to me," she said looking up.
A brown and white owl fluttered on her arm and it's talons wrapped around her pale skin.
"Florence, dear fetch me the panther and his mother will you?" She said politely.
Florence chirped as flew away.

"The panther and wolf will join me and help me. At least they'll be better than Aidan. So pathetic. Should have fought back better instead of faking his death" she said in spite with a visible frown.

Damien couldn't help but think about the voice in the dark mist. It spoke so strangely to the point where he couldn't even tell what animal it was.
"It's going to be okay Damien," Lloyd said to him as the four of them sat in the same room trying to discuss what they saw in private.
"What did you even see or hear?" Atlas asked his eyes still piercing.
"She... She said to trust her and follow her... It felt like a trance luring me into something but I didn't know what" he explains which leaves the room silent.
"How should we report this? How do we know this 'source' can't control all of us?" Diana asks looking down with a serious face.
"I don't know. All we do know is, she's most likely on our side seeing she wants my trust" Damien says getting up and leaving the den they all spoke in.
"We should go back, Damien. This could either be a blessing, warning, or a curse" Atlas says running in front of him.
"Fine but, not now. Whoever it could be could send allies to attack us" he says continuing to walk with Lloyd and Diana close behind.
"We need to alert Calla! She's already on her way to Calla. They both need to be alerted of the news" Lloyd says with a firm stance.
"What do you say, Damien?" Atlas questions as she stops everyone in their tracks.
"Let's find Calla. She'll know more about this mist probably and like you said Lloyd we have to alert her and Mom" Damien says rushing to the den on the cave to his siblings.
"Agreed. I will help and since none of you besides Atlas has real training in fighting" Diana says with a smile.
"Alright then. I'll go to Aaron ill tell him the new situation" Damien says bobbing his head in the direction of the burrow where Aarons den was.
"I'll pack healing supplies and food supply," Lloyd says not breaking his stance.
"I'll prepare us weapons just in case of an attack" Atlas says and everyone agrees and splits up.
Meanwhile in the sky
Florence spotted Calla near the Northeast pack and swooped down.
Florence grappled on a branch which caught Calla's attention.
"Who are you?" She asks him making a battle stance.
Florence chirps three times calling the green cloaked women.
"Hello, Calla Moon. I've been wanting to see you for quite a while now. I'm positive you remember my partner, Aidan" she said as Florence went back to her arm and she petted him.
"Hello, ratchet omega," Aiden says with a sinister smile.
