"GET UP! WE GOTTA LEAVE!"

Jayce turns over and sleepily asks.
"Why?"

"Because I thought we'd just go for a stroll..."

"Really?"

"No! The A8 is somewhere close! My god..."

I have never seen someone jump up so fast. He scurries to put his shoes on, and grab his bag.

"How will we get out?"
He asks.

"Count to 10."

"Why?"

"Just do it...."

I close my eyes as Jayce counts. By the time he reaches 10 my powers have fully activated. I stick my hand onto the cell lock and melt it. As I rip open the door Jayce bolts out of the cell. We get down the hall to the door that separates us from the lobby.

The door is huge. It has shatterproof glass and is locked from the other side. I guess to protect the guards, and public from us. I knew it'd take some time to get through it, so I quickly came up with something else.

"Stand back."
I said to Jayce.

A booming sound echoed through the hallway; as I punched a hole through the drywall.

Within seconds, the sound of a hundred guards was heading our way.

"What about Bert? Won't he chase us?

Asked Jayce.

"That fat bastard? He couldn't catch a paralyzed snail. If you're really worried get a box of doughnuts, and toss them whichever way we aren't going. That'll keep him occupied."

As we climb through the other side of wall we can see up 10 guards stampeding our way.

"I guess we go up, hang on."
I say to Jayce, as I pick him up.

I again jam both my feet against the wall and shimmy both of us up through that same missing tile. The two of us creep up into the ductwork and crawl towards the entrance making sure to not make a sound.

As we near the front I can hear the guards waiting for us. Then, a loud crash comes from behind us. A loud stampeding sound followed. Assuming the coast was clear I tear a hole into the ductwork so we could get down.

I jump down first to see if the coast is clear. Before I could turn around I feel someone clock me on the back of the head.... or try too. I turn around to see a guard about to strike with his baton again. As he swings down, I'm able to dodge. I try to counter with a left punch, but he blocks and grabs my fist. I try again with the right and end with the same result. The guard didn't realize his mistake until it was too late. He screamed in agony, as I scorched his hands.

Another guard comes in and tosses me to the ground. He attempts to aim his taser at me, however, I kick myself up and take a fighting stance. I put myself on my weak foot, as I launch myself and Bolley kick him in the face.

With both of them down, I go over to get Jayce out of the ducts. He jumps down into my arms, and then quickly books it towards our exit. Just before we reach it we encounter another guard to deal with.

As I'm doing that, my senses start to go berserk. Without instinct ran towards Jayce grabbed him, and leapt. We shattered through the glass doors and barrel-rolled onto the road that leads to London.

I stand up, only to see that a dart had missed Jayce by less than half a centimetre. He looks down and gives a sigh of relief. He seems to have known the danger of it hitting him.
