Silver Finger

After the whole flies in my room incident, I had gotten sick from a kid at school. "I'll be at work till 11 pm today so remember just call your brother if you need anything." My mom walked next to my bed and kissed me head before heading out my room and to the front door.

I fell asleep for 4 hrs after my mom left, "Mhmm.." I began to get warmer, I felt someones cold hands touch my forehead, "You're still warm?" I woke up to the sight of Chris Argent in my room. The sun was shinning throught my velvet curtains, still dark enought for me to get more sleep in the day. "Noo..C'mon kid you already slept 5 hrs, and you haven't ate anything?" I wrapped my self with my covers until I sufficated myself and Chris had to help me breath. "I'm not hungry anyways?" I peaked my head out the covers.

Scott, Isaac, and Stiles came into my room, with the surprise to see Chris taking care of me. "I don't know you were here?" Chris had passed me my breakfast on a server. "I have to take care of my family too, even the sick." Isaac sat on my bedside, "You're always the gentle one aren't you." He gave me a side smile, the sun's rays bounced off the mirror sending a slight glimmer into Isaac's eyes.

"Dad questioned us. Asking about why we were at the crime scene in the first place, and about the chemical symbols that were written on a chall board." I looked at Stiles who was already looking at me, "Did you see something Savannah? The day I saw you in the same class room?" I hesitated to answer, "They were already there when I entered the class, It probably spelled out something."

The boys and Chris left, leaving me down in the living room waiting for the next movie on HBO to come on. I heard a car park in the drive way, and some boots step onto my property. "Ugghh..It's soo faar." Eventually I got up and opened the door to..."Hey sorry I should have called it's just that I needed to tell you something that I forgot to tell you a long time ago." He got down on one knee, My heart stopped, I felt my brain lose oxygen. "Savannah McCall, For once in my life I'm not confuse in what I want anymore, Im not over-thinking the thoughts that are running throught my mind, I have finally found some that I can spend the rest of my life with and I wouldn't want it with anyone else, Will you marry me Savan..nah?" The voice started to get slower, my mind blanked out for a few seconds but never came back to what I thought was reality.

I re-open my eyes to find myself still asleep on my bed, with know one around me. 'It was only a dream?' I looked around hoping I don't step on anything sharp, my left hand over the bed, not touching the floor. 'Pheww. Just a dream....But who was the guy?'

3 Days Later

Derek has called for a favor, "Can you help me move in my appartment building?" I listened to the voices in my head, 'Yes! yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!' I shook my head "Okay Daniel Bryans!" I heard Derek speak throught the phone, "Wha-" "Nothing I'll be there in 15." And hung up.

I met Derek at a neardy market, "So you needed me to pick out food with you?" Derek smirk at me. He grabed a basket by the entrance and headed to the candy section. "I wanted some advice with my grocerie shopping." I slowed down my pace, "So having me here? What was that about?" He turned his head slightly to the left using his perifual vision to see me, "Having someone help me with food was good but having you help me is a plus."

We left the market late at night, just in time for us not to get locked in the store. "Ahaha that was close!" First time I saw Derek really smile, his eyes actually reflected the moons light giving him a nice lighting.

Derek POV

I really didn't need any help with my groceries, it's just that..I don't get to see Savannah as much anymore and the fact that she is starting to move on from what he have or had? hurts me. "What about this? Mmm smells really good." I turned to see her picking out some fruit, "Pineapple?" By the time I looked up she had 3 of the picked out.

After an hour of shopping, "So whats up with you and that guy? Do you guys even hang out?" Savannah was a few steps ahead of me when she turned around and mugged me. "First of all his name is Jordan. And I work with him after school?" She stopped walking and then asked me about Jennifer. "Did you ever had a feeling about her? Meaning if she was supernatural?"

We stood their for a good 5 minutes until she got something out of me, "Fine, No she..she was good at what ger guardian tought her. She seemed normal to me, but...You know I wouldn't go against you when you said that about who she was, If you think I lost trust from you..I didn't." I could feel her heart relax when I told her that I never lost her trust..because she's the reason I got it back.

"You promised you would come back...when you left, and you did. Even if you didn't come back with Laura..you still came back for a reason..and I hope that reason was a good one." Savannah still looked at me, her eyes shined like two diamonds, perfect crystals. Next thing you know I feel her wrap her arms around my waist, "Thank you..." I heard her say, I tightned my arms around her, and for a moment it felt like forever.

Savannah POV

He felt so warm, his arms made me feel safe, something I miss from Derek. After the conversation and the long drive home I got a call from Chris and made Derek drive me to Chris's condo. "I'll see you-" "Tomorrow." I smiled at Derek and I could tell he started to blush.

"You're here. Good!" Isaac grabed my arm and dragged me inside. "Wooah where's Chris?" Isaac pointed me to his office.

Chris was scavenging for thing in his safe but wasn't able to open it. "You Okay?" Chris turned around fast, his back hit the safe. "Oh it's just you..Can you open this safe?" The safe behind him was atleast 3ft taller than me. "What's the code?" I kneeled down to get eye level from the handle, "GCKVSA." It took me awhile to open the safe because I was also trying to unlock his code. "Another safe?" Chris grabbed a small black box inside the safe and took it to his desk. "It's not just a box, It's something that I have been trying to hide since I was 19."

Chris slowly opened the box revealing peices of a broken silver mask. "Do you remember the time you saw those tall black figures in the woods couples days ago?" I thought for a minute, "Yea with the eyes of fireflies?" He carefully took the peices out, "These peices were from the head Nokitsune, I was your age at the time, and this is was I have left from him."

"Is that why they attacked Isaac?" Allison was at standing the corridoor, "Their not after him.." I stared at the mask and then up to Chris, "It's you..." He started to put back the mask in the safe and closed it. "That's why I need your help Savannah." I leaned on his desk, "You need me to track one of these things?" Isaac and Allison both walked towards Chris.

"I need you to help me find the guy who actually killed this thing." I tried to see if they were joking around with me but all 3 of them looked at me straight in my eyes with a dead expression, "...You want me to find Silverfinger don't you." Chris then laid 2 Chinese Ring Daggers and a gun infront of me, "You have until friday." I took the Daggers swung them around my fingers and then grabed the gun. "Savannah don't kill him, he is to powerful." I smirked back at the 3 of them, "Your talking to a hybrid, You don't really get a say in whether hes dead or not...it just happends." and out the door I went.

I know I havent written alot these past couple weeks, and I'm trying my best to write drafts during my free time, but My AP classes have taken over. I will write as much as I can, but be very patient with me, because it might take a couples of days for me to get out a new chapter.
