It all began when college students didn't feel like studying. In the modern world today, whenever you would kill someone, their IQ is transferred to you. Messed up, I know. It never really became popular and recognized until the modern time of computers and technology as it was easy to do it through a screen. College and high school students were the first to find out and ever since it had been a popular method to pass a test, without studying. People had their sick ways of having fun and getting smarter. More people could take advantage of others easier, for a job or for the sake of their failing grade.
Megan West had never really been into that sick type of things, nor her friend Frederick. Though they've considered it once or twice, but never went through with it. Megan had more unnerving thoughts while Frederick leaned the other way with happiness and sunshine. The fairly tall girl, with the mole on her cheek, or straight, jet black hair, had never passed a day without these unnerving thoughts. She thought she was going mad, but in fact, she wasn't many kids with plenty of stress would think about it every day too.

It was like any regular, rainy day when Megan woke up from a deep sleep. It was Saturday, the day everyone kept their doors locked. All students did this. They would hide away from everyone in order to stay safe. Saturday was Killing Day. They called it this mainly because of the reason people would most likely be free that day because of no plans and nobody wants to come out of their secret hiding place. Nobody wanted to be killed. To go outside was a suicide mission. Megan couldn't have cared less as she had thought her family was normal, that was until her poor sister's incident. Megan used to have two siblings, her brother Max and her sister Sofia. Unfortunately, her sister was killed for her classmate's SAT. Such a tragic time in the West's lives.
It was maybe around noon when something popped into her mind. She had a test to study for on Monday, the week after the upcoming week, and she knew nothing about the subject but she knew some kid in one of her classes did. If anyone knew about what Megan was thinking of they would all avoid her at all costs, lock their doors, and block every social media account of hers. It was a rare occurrence that Megan knew she was going to do this for a test anyway. She usually studied but for some reason, she didn't want to study and wanted to get away with it easily. She wanted to get smartness points so she could be smarter than everyone in her class. She wanted to graduate as number 1 while everyone was left behind in her greedy ways.
Her sister died just to give Megan an alibi just for this striking moment to come. It was the perfect plan, it only took about 15 minutes to figure it out but she needed a time and a place to commit this smartness points procedure. She needed to figure out how to commit the crime first. She knew where the boy lived, but not his name and nothing else about him. No interests. No name. No age. No nothing. Megan knew exactly nothing about him and that she worried about. She had to come up with some way to become his new best friend within a week. How would anyone do this? Only a psychopath would be able to pull this stunt off, but she knew how she could possibly pull it off. She KNEW it would work out perfectly just the way she wants it to.
How would she do it? The answer was simple, become his friend before test day. How would she do this? Everyone saw her as a nice, bubbly person. Yes, it was a facade that she created over the years, but how do you use someone without them figuring out until it's too late?
