Joshua Hong - The New Resident

"Gosh I'm so nervous!" Eun Seok exclaims.

"Don't be nervous Jagiya" says Jeong Han while caressing her hair.

"What if we got different hospitals?!" Eun Seok worringly.

"Geokjeongma Eun Seok ah, if one of us are in the same hospital as Jeong Han, we can keep an eye on him" says Seung Cheol.

"Yah Hyung, hands off my girl" says Jeong Han while hugging Eun Seok.

I giggled at their cuteness.

"Sorry I'm late!" Says Joshua.

"Gwaenchana, we were just talking" I said and gave Joshua a peck on the cheek.

"May all former 4th year Residents please report to your respective teachers for the distribution"

"Let's go" says Joshua and I nodded.

Joshua and I headed to gather and we waited for our names to be called.

"Hong Ji Soo"

Joshua gets up and heads to the teacher.

I wonder which hospital will he get.

I hope we can be in the same hospital, or at least close to each other.

Otherwise, I'm afraid we might not have time to even meet up.

Joshua then comes back with an envelope in his hands.

"Have you opened it?" I ask.

"Aniyo, I'll wait till you get yours, then we'll open together" says Joshua and I smiled.

"Yoo Ro Eun"

I then get up and head to the teacher.

I thank her and then return to my seat.

"Let's open it together" says Joshua and I nodded.

"On three" I said.

"One"

"Two"

"Three!"

"Jinmyeong University Hospital!"

"Ehh?!"

Both of us look at our paper and each other's.

We then cheered by hugging each other tightly, though Joshua spinned me for a moment.

"I can't believe we're both distributed to Jinmyeong University Hospital!!" I exclaimed.

"I hope we can see each other often" says Joshua.

"Let's hope so. It says here, I'll be in the Psychology Department. Hmm, I think that's because my field is Psychiatrist" I said.

"Mine is Cardiological Department. Let's go check out the hospital tomorrow, besides, we have until a week" says Joshua.

"Sure thing, let's go find Eun Seok and the others" I said.

Joshua nods and we started looking for Eun Seok, Jeong Han and Seung Cheol.

"Annyeong Joshua! Ro Eun!" Says Eun Seok.

"Eun Seok ah! Which hospital did you get?" I ask.

"I got a different one from Jeong Han" Eun Seok says with a pout.

"Which hospital?" Joshua ask.

"I got Geonjun Hospital, Neurology Department" says Eun Seok.

"What about Jeong Han and Seung Cheol?" I ask.

"We're here!" Seung Cheol suddenly says.

"Cheol! Jeong Han! Which hospital did you two get?" I ask.

"We both got Haeyeongji Medical Hospital" says Jeong Han.

"Haeyeongji, oh, isn't that located in Busan?" I ask.

"Yeah, we got distributed to Busan. I'm in the Radiology Department, I get to do X-Rays and all" says Seung Cheol.

"I got Chemical Biology Department, since mine is related to diseases, infections and all. We would have to find out the cause and then cure and all" says Jeong Han.

"Jeong Han, I can't believe we're separated!" Eun Seok whines.

"Geonjun Hospital, I'm pretty sure is on Jeju Island right?" Joshua ask.

"Ne... It's very far from Busan" Eun Seok says.

"What about you two?" Seung Cheol ask.

"We got Jinmyeong University Hospital" I said.

"Lucky couple" Eun Seok sulkily mumbles.

"Geokjeongma Eun Seok, I'll keep an eye on Jeong-ie here" says Seung Cheol while headlocking Jeong Han.

"Jeong-ie? Yah! Only I can call him that!" Says Eun Seok but Seung Cheol simply sticks out his tongue.

"Kids" I said while giggling at their childish acts.

"Oh I just realized! My cousin works in Jinmyeong University Hospital!" Says Jeong Han.

"Jinjja? Who is it and which department?" I ask.

"His name is Yoon Wook, he's my cousin from my father's side. I'm pretty sure he's in the Surgery Department.

But I think it'll be hard to meet him since he has surgeries most of the time. However, his specialty is in kidneys, so he's actually a Nephrologist" says Jeong Han.

"Oh I see, then I guess we won't meet him" I said.

"Gwaenchana, I'll just let him know about the two of you" says Jeong Han.

"Gomawo Hyung" says Joshua.

"Alright now, let's do a short fighting cheer for our year long assessment in a few days shall we?" Seung Cheol suggest.

We all put our hands in the center of the circle.

"Fighting! Fighting! Fighting!"
