It took place in Washington D.C this time. It was not up for discussion, as always, it was just regular routine for the nations of the world to have the meetings in each other's homelands.

Though, nations could grow somewhat tired of the endless rotations. Most nations began to judge their fellow countries city right as they stepped off of the jet. These cities could get boring or tedious from visiting them for what seemed-was-centuries on end.

Today was not the day that the personification of China would comment on how disgusting the smell of the terminal was, or Russia would laugh at the alcohol selection, or England would scoff at the crude twisting of the English language. No, today all the nations would be left in awe at the hidden (not-so-secret)secret of the United States of America.

France woke up next to a ginger in a queen bed at the Hilton Garden. He was lucky he didn't remember the previous night, or he would a shown more curtesy to the sleeping woman as he pulled on his pants and combed his shiny blonde hair. Blowing a kiss to the girl, Francis grabbed his briefcase and headed down to the lobby to call a taxi.

France had to admit, this hotel was more tolerable than the ones he's been to in other countries like Egypt or Turkey, but he couldn't say that this was on his 'top ten' list. He knew America had better hotels SOMEWHERE, but he'd rather not waste his taste and stamina on the U.S.A's culture.

France stepped out of the yellow cab and made sure to tip his driver at least twenty American dollars (because really, there was NO possible way he could get in debt again! Haha!) and sashayed up to the grand doors of the White House. And, as elegantly as possible, punched the doors open to reveal a red-faced England next to a smug-looking China. Both seemed to be engaged in an argument amongst each other.

"I will have complete control over Mr. America quicker than a crane swoops on a drunken crab aru. You're super-weapon shall perish."

"He's not my bloody super-weapon and he shall not 'perish'! He will completely over rule this situation! I almost have complete faith in him!"

"You and what army-oh wait, that's Mr. America, is it not?"

"Belt up, igit!"

France tsk'd and looped an arm over the Briton, which earned him a scowl from the Englishman.

"Oh Mon Ami, you're eyebrows never cease to amaze me! 'Ave they grown since ve 'ave last zeen each other?"

With the last remark Arthur blazed up like Spain's fresh tomatoes and he quickly shrugged the other's arm off.

Before England could muster up any kind of insult, China interfered.

"Has anyone seen Russia aru? He came with me but he seems to have disappeared..."

All the nations stood still and scanned the room, searching for a scarf or pipe anywhere in the room. All heads turned when France gave a shrill shriek.

"What in the name of Virgin Mary-"

Britain was interrupted by another cry from France, and the two old nations whirled around to tell the Frenchman to shut the HELL up when they saw the love country being assaulted by a blur of platinum blonde and light brown. China inwardly groaned as the blur slowed down and hopped off of Francis, revealing not a blob but a man. A man accompanying dull yellow hair with a strong build dressed in warm attire. His violet eyes were filled with a mischievous glint and he adorned a small, child-like smile.

"Russia aru," The Asian nation sighed as he rubbed his temples warily. "How many times do I have to tell you that France is NOT to be messed with. Not during the work hours, anyways."

Russia just smiled and bowed to Yao.

"I deeply apologize. I was just having a little bit of the fun, da?"

"NOT fun, putain Ruskin..." France muttered and ducked away to fix his hair.

"VEEEE~ hello everyone! I-a brought along my amigos!" A brunette with a large curl on the side of his head shouted as he pounced on the back of the tall blonde next to him.

"Italy, please calm down. Mein gott."

"I'm-a sorry Germany! But I-a brought Spain and Romano and I'm-a so-a happy!"

Ludwig just muttered something under his breath and turned to Japan. "Where are those two, anyways?" The blonde asked the calm nation that stood next to him.

Japan seemed to ponder the question until he answered slowly;

"I believe they are already seated in the conference room, Germany-San."

"If they are already there, we might as well join them. America will probably eat all of the refreshments before we get there if we don't hurry." England chided and began to walk ahead of the rest.

"He just wants to receive more time to ogle at Amérique." France whispered to Japan and Kiku, in return, covered his mouth and chuckled.

[so here's the first update! I swear I'll add the states in soon, so keep watching! If I made any mistakes at all, please tell me. No hate please!]

As the nations filed into the spacious room, their eyes laid upon two figures sitting at the table. Italy automatically jumped up and sprinted into the taller's arms, unaware that the other person next to the two was fuming.

"Hola, Feliciano! We're so happy to see you! Isn't that right, Romano?"

Romano growled and reluctantly patted his twin on the back.

"Grazie, Antonio and Lovino! I am-a glad to see you, too!"

"Alright, alright. Now shut up and let's get this meeting going. I'm tired of small talking with you bastards."

"But Lovi..." Spain sighed and followed his younger roommate as the moody Italian stalked away.

As the nations from around the world trickled into the building, somewhere, only yards away in the very same complex, fifty teenagers messed around in an abandoned conference room.

"Okay dudes. Ya gotta stay quiet and DO NOT mess with the other countries, OK? Now I'm gonna go and just stay in here."
America's rules were never followed.

"HEY BROS! THE HERO HAS ARRIVED!" America screamed as he busted into the nation-filled room. His bright blue eyes twinkled as he slammed a notebook and a fresh Happy Meal on the table.
"THE MEETING CAN NOW OFFICI-"
A crash was heard in the hallway. All of the countries turned to the door, all except America who swallowed and smiled nervously. Japan, being the speculator he is, noticed Alfred's nervous demeanor and frowned. Something was bugging America, and though it was none of Kiku's business, as America's friend, he intended to find out what.
