Doctor Park - Chanbaek/Baekyeol

Ch.6

(B.B.H)

After Chanyeol and I's little park day he walks me to the front of my apartment. It isn't late yet and Jaemyung won't be home for the next couple hours, so I build up the courage to ask Chanyeol to come in.

"Chanyeol do you want to come in?" I ask nervously.

"Oh really? You're letting me?" Asked Chanyeol surprised, "Sure if you're okay with it."

I unlock the door and Chanyeol looks around the room, I can't tell what he thinks of him based on his expression which made me nervous.

"It doesn't have the most homey vibes right?" I sigh.

Chanyeol stays quiet, "It's a nice place though."

I sat on the couch and invited Chanyeol next to me. Chanyeol looks up at the photo of Jaemyung and I's wedding day and sighs.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Nothing, just thinking of ways to help you get that divorce with Jaemyung."

"That's gonna be so damn hard..."

"Don't worry, I'm here."

I look at Chanyeol and can't help but smile, I could stare at him forever.

But of course that's impossible.

"Baekhyun are you home?" I hear Jaemyung's voice.

I could sense Chanyeol silently panicking and I did too, but there was no time to hide Chanyeol especially with his height, so remaining calm (or at least looking calm) was the best option.

Jaemyung walks into the living room and freezes when he sees Chanyeol.

"Baekhyun. Who's this?" He asked.

"Oh my friend Chanyeol! " I gave him a fake smile.

"Hi, I'm Park Chanyeol. It's so nice to meet you!" Chanyeol introduces himself.

Pfftt "so nice".

Jaemyung's face seemed a bit relieved, "Does Baekhyun talk about me?"

"Oh yes I do!" It's not a lie, he didn't ask about what I say about him.

I could tell Chanyeol was uncomfortable, I know he's too nice to tell me he wants to leave so I decide to send him home.

"Chanyeol I think you should go home now, I know you're busy."

"A-Ah well...okay. I'll see you around Baekhyun, goodnight." Chanyeol seemed a bit disappointed when I asked him to leave but I don't want him to talk to Jaemyung.

"Baekhyu-"

"Didn't we set some rules, Jaemyung?" I cut him off.

"You can't hang out alone with men!"

"Why not?"

"Because! Because..."

"Worried I'll have an affair?" I ask.

Jaemyung slowly nods and I laugh.

"No guarantee that I won't, but we'll see how well you behave hmm?"

Okay I don't think I'll ever have an affair, if I were to be with someone else I wouldn't want to have Jaemyung in the way, but acting like I would makes Jaemyung worry, another way to get him to listen to me.

"Baekhyun why are you suddenly acting stronger than me?" He asked sounding annoyed.

"Because I realized that I am stronger than you, and I'll boss you around until this is all over."
