Chapter 5

Dream and I saw ourselves standing in front of a restaurant, well this is one of our branches in Cebu. The supplies are currently being placed in the private plane so I guess we'll just eat here first.

"Dream!" Mel shouted when she saw Dream. Her eyes widened and she dropped her utensils. Napatigil kami sa entrance ng resto at napatingin sa table nila.

"Hala, bigaon! Ngano nag uban mo?" Hera raised her brows and crossed her arms. Sumandal siya sa upuan habang nakatingin sa'min.

"What did she say?" I whispered.

"Bakit daw magkasama tayo," Dream said.

"What does bigaon means?" I asked, it was the only word I heard clearly since she was talking so fast.

"Maganda," she chuckled.

Mel immediately stood up and enveloped Dream in a tight hug while Hera was just looking at them. I was just silently standing there. When they finished greeting each other, umupo na kami sa nakahandang table. We were waiting for the additional foods and they were chatting in their dialect so I didn't quite understand what they were saying.

"Asa si Rain?" Dream asked. I guess she was looking for Rain since she's looking around.

"Restroom. Retouch at its finest!" Mel laughed.

Dumating na ang additional order at nakita namin yung Rain na naglalakad papunta sa'min. She really did a retouch, and she somehow looks like a Cebuana model. Her face lightened up when she saw me and gave Dream a teasing smile until she sat on her seat. They were already talking in tagalog when we started eating so I could already understand them. They were just talking about South We stuff since Hera and Mel are med students there, Rain is studying at usjr for accountancy but will go to South We when she'll take up law.

Nang matapos kami ay nagpaalam na kami sa kanila. We went to Danao and I talked to the elite people about our business. I made them sign a contract, I literally finished everything Dad asked me to do by 3pm.

"Tapos na?" Dream asked while sipping her milk tea.

"Yeah," I nodded.

"Uuwi na tayo?"

"We can stay here until tomorrow if you like. Where do you wanna go?"

"Seaside tayo!" She cheerfully said. I just nodded, Seaside's quite far from here but Dream assured me that it'll be fun. This will be my first time going to seaside since me and Arus just went to that 10k flowers when we went here.

For some reason, Dream doesn't like the idea of riding the plane. Sayang lang daw sa gas. Well as if i'll let her pay for that. But still, I just agreed to her when she suggested that we should just commute. And indeed, it took hours before we arrived at the mall. Seaside's huge. There was a massive cube and Dream forced me to take a picture with it. I didn't protest since she was so persistent. We went inside and entered the transparent elevator. Nang bumukas na ang elevator sa third floor ay kinaladkad niya ako at huminto kami sa harap ng skating rink. There was already a mist inside the rink since there were numerous people skating inside.

"Check mo size ng paa mo dun, baka may feelings ka na sakin," she laughed and pointed at the styrofoam thing where you put your feet to know your size. Umiling lang ako, I've been to skating rinks so I already know my size.

Sinukat na niya lang paa niya habang lumilinya ako para sa tickets. We were stamped in the wrist and a ticket pass was placed around it like a bracelet. We told the shoe counter about our shoe sizes, Dream handed me the socks that we bought a while ago. Wearing socks was required. Kinuha na namin ang skating shoes namin at umupo sa mga benches para maisuot yun.
