There she was.. Standing at her locker, talking to a group of fans. I watched her lips move as she spoke, and admired the gracefulness in her movements. Her eyes were a glowing bright green, and her luscious gold hair dropped down to her shoulders. She was wearing a worn out black hoodie, and tight blue jeans that really emphasized her bulging thighs.

They are so lucky. I wish I was one of those fans, getting the opportunity to speak to her. I'd never have the courage to go up and talk to her. What if I stuttered? I'd be so embarrassed.. and I know my face gets as red as a tomato when that happens.

I glanced over to the end of the hall. And I began to feel rage build inside me. It was him.. her boyfriend. He had short, gelled up brown hair, and was wearing a light blue tee and black jeans.

I watched as he made his way down the hall toward her, always wearing that confident walk. The fans noticed him approaching and scurried off. I listened in as they spoke to each other.

"Ready to get to class, babe?" Ryder said.

"Yea, let's go." Janessa replied.

Janessa closed her locker and fixed her pink bag upon her back, and followed him off to class.

She's too good for him.

...

Sixth period, history.

I sat toward the back of the class, whereas most of my friends, or the people I actually liked to talk to, were seated toward the front. Everyday I had to deal with the annoying bickering of the two who sat side by side behind me. I wasn't sure if they were madly in love or if they actually hated each other.

"You're such a fucking retard." Alex said.

"Shut the fuck up, I wasn't the one who sent those texts." Delilah snickered back.

"Oh yeah, who did? Your deadbeat daddy?" He replied, giggling.

"Fuck you, don't talk about my father. I hate you so much."

"Yeah but you still want this dick."

"Fucking hate you."

"Yeah I know you wanna fuck me."

Ms. Blooberry stood up from her desk and cleared her throat as the bell rang.

"Alright class, settle down."

The class slowly came to a silence, a few murmurs ran awild.

As she began her lesson, about Hitler's rise to blah blah blah, I opened my notebook and began scribbling. I couldn't stop thinking about that jerkass Ryder. What did he do to deserve her? I bet he is only dating her because she's popular. And I bet he doesn't even watch her videos anyway!

I managed myself through class, half paying attention and half ranting to myself. The little comments from Alex and Delilah were always uplifting to my soul, of course.

The bell rang and class was over. We were almost halfway done with the school year, going into Christmas break soon, and I couldn't have been more tired by the amount of work piled on us already. Between that and the fact that Janessa is with a dickwad, this year is shaping up to be the worst!

...

I laid on my bed, gripping my phone in my hands as I stared at Janessa's latest Instagram post. It was a picture of her in a bikini, getting a piggyback ride from Ryder. I stared at her beautiful face, and whenever I accidently glanced down to Ryder's I wanted to puke. I know constantly checking her Instagram is only making my obsession worse, but I couldn't help it.

A new notification popped up, "Jessica is typing.."

Jessica was a good friend of mine, she was tom-boyish, and hung around all the guys. She was pretty short, had long brown hair that crawled down her back, and round glasses. She also knew about my obsession with Janessa, but she was actually rooting for me to get with her.

I opened the message, and my eyes widened in disbelief.
