After telling her mum what Josh did to her, Ann, Leonie and Fintan sat down with Pamela and tried to convince her to report him but Pamela kept refusing saying "He will kill me if I report him" even Fintan and Leonie couldn't convince her even thought the pair of them told her that her, Fergal and Duncan would be safe and that they would protect the couple and their son. 

Pamela didn't want to listen to anymore as she took Duncan from Leonie and stormed upstairs with him after she left Ann put her head in her hand as Fintan comforted her, Telling Ann "she'll come around, Just give her time to think ".

 As Fintan looked over at his wife he noticed the frightening look on her face as she was looking at the back door behind him, Fintan and Ann turned around to see the monster himself stood in the doorway.

Josh- Hello Ann, Think we need to have another chat about your daughter don't you?

Elsewhere Fergal had just been released from jail without charge as the police had no evidence against him, as he walked out of the police station he called his dad to ask him to pick him up but Fergal kept getting his answer machine.

Fergal- Hey dad, I'm out of jail can you just tell Pam I'm on my way home. See you soon 

Fergal ended the call and put his phone back in his pocket before hailing a taxi to take him back to the house.

Meanwhile Back at the house Josh had beaten and tied Fergal's parents and Ann up in the lounge.

Ann- Please leave my daughter alone, she been hurt enough by you

Elsewhere upstairs Pamela had just finished feeding Duncan as she carefully got up out of the rocking chair and placed him into to his cot as she gently stroked his face, Pamela felt two arms wrapped around her waist. 

Pamela- Oh Fergal you're home

Josh- I told you I'd find a way back to you 

As Pamela turned around she saw Josh stood there almost pinning her against her sons cot as he placed the knife in his hand on Pamela's neck.

Pamela- Please don't-

Josh- Listen follow my order and I wont hurt you, Now grab our son 

Pamela- Josh Please

Josh- Do it !!

Pamela turn around and lent down to pick her baby up but before she could even get Duncan she was pinned up against the cot as Josh push himself up against her letting her feel him pressed against her ass.

Josh pulled Pamela up by her hair as he began to kiss her cheek leading down to her neck as he kept assault her neck with kiss he began to pull her dress with his other hand, Pamela shut her eyes tightly begging for something or someone to stop him. 

As Josh went to pull her panties down Suddenly Pamela felt no pressure against her she turned around to see Fergal and Josh scuffling with each other. 

Fergal- Pamela get Duncan and run 

Pamela listens and grabbed her sleeping son from his cot and ran out the room and down the stairs with him but Josh was quick and escaped from Fergal's hold and ran after her. As Pamela reach the last step she was grabbed By Josh as he quickly placed the knife to her neck, threaten Fergal who had followed him.

Josh- Stay back or I'll slit her neck open 

Fergal- OK just put the knife down 

Josh- Now I'm gonna take Pamela and My son and if you or the cops follow me there both dead do you understand?

Fergal- Yes 

Pamela looked at Fergal as she began to cry as she held an awake Duncan who is now crying as she began to think of the reality of being taken away from Fergal. Suddenly Pamela decide to try one last thing, she stomps on Josh's foot making him releases her and at that moment Fergal spears him to the floor pinning him down as they began to hear sirens. 

 Pamela sat on the floor as she started to sob of relief as the police came in and arrested Josh as Fergal got up he saw Pamela crying as he ran to her side and hugged her, Pamela looked up to see the police taking Josh away. Pamela handed Duncan to Fergal and walked up to Josh 

Pamela- I'm not scared of you anymore because you have no power over me and I'm going to to do something I should have done ages ago and that is report you for raping me. 

Josh- I will always have power over you and I will get to you whether its me or my mates we will find you.

Pamela- Well You won't and I hope you never see the light of day ever again and you rot in hell which to be honest is where you belong.

Pamela and Fergal watch as Josh is dragged out of the house and into a police car before being driven away, Pamela walks in and see her mum being treated by the paramedics she quickly runs to her side.

Pamela- Mum are you ok?

Ann- Yeah it just a cut on my head don't worry. Are you Ok sweetie?

Pamela- Yeah thanks to Fergal 

Fergal walked into the room holding Duncan 

Ann- I'm sorry Fergal, I was wrong about you and I can see you have changed and I'm glad you are looking after my daughter and grandson like you do.

Fergal- Well thanks I'm glad you're OK

Pamela- Also I'm gonna file a report of rape tomorrow on Josh.

Ann- Good
