Dear Seonghwa, do you remember our fight? Because I do. And I wish I didn't. It was an ugly fight for sure and a hurtful one too. I never thought in our whole lives that we would fight like that. Did I push you too far? Or did you just not care to listen? It was the day you planned on asking out Yebin and you had asked me what my thoughts on her were. I gave you my honest answer and told you she wasn't a good person. In fact, she was and is a terrible person. Cheating on her significant others constantly, blaming others for her own problems, ruining other's relationships, and not caring about who she hurts. You seemed upset and annoyed when I gave you my answer. I could tell that's not what you wanted to hear from me. But how could I just let you get hurt by her? Every person she's hurt stays hurt for a long time. I just wanted to protect you from the pain she causes. I knew in my heart she was going to use you because she knew. She knew how much I loved you and she knew that you had feelings for her. She only agreed to date you to hurt me. And it did. But I guess it's too late to change things, right? Because like you said "I like you, but I love her more."

"Please Seonghwa! Just listen to me!" Sojin pleaded, trying to get her best friend to listen.

Seonghwa was angry with sojin.

"I don't give a fuck about what you have to say!" Seonghwa shouted, glaring at her.

Sojin clenched her fists. "I just want to protect you!"

Seonghwa scoffed. "Protect me? Protect me from what? Protect me from Yebin? What has she ever done to you?"

"I-I'm just worried." Sojin said, trying to calm down her anger.

Seonghwa rolled his eyes. "That's what's so annoying about you, Ahn Sojin. You always worry about me and I'm tired of it."

Sojin could feel a sharp feeling in her chest. She didn't know the Seonghwa who stood in front of her.

"Okay. I'm only going to say this once because I don't know who you are right now. I have always loved you Seonghwa and you know that but this is where I end our friendship. You have done nothing but treat me like fucking shit. I have done nothing but comfort you each time Yebin breaks your heart. It's crystal clear that I am just your second choice. And I always will be." She confessed.

Seonghwa sighed. "Listen. Sojin, I like you. But I love Yebin more."

Sojin nodded her head and laughed a little. "I'm so naive...to think that maybe just once. You'd choose me."

Seonghwa tried reaching out for her as he realized how far he went.

"So-"

She smacked his hand away from her. "Don't fucking touch me, Seonghwa. You've made your choice. Don't even try and win me back once you realize you were just a fucking toy and a joke to her."
