I didn't think things could get worse, but I was wrong
You died
When I heard the news, I almost died because of the pain
I know you told me to be strong if it happened
But I didn't have the strength to be
I wish I could've stopped you that day when you left to war
But I didn't
It took years to accept that you were gone
Because I know that you left to war and you would never come back
