First Impressions

Your POV:

You're woken up by the sound of your alarm, it's 5:00a.m. You grab your phone to turn off the alarm and get out of bed to shower. Today you're going to a Billie Eilish concert with your best friend Jackie; you guys have been best friends since the seventh grade. You walk to the bathroom, turn on your speaker and start blaring Billie Eilish's new album while you shower. You've been absolutely obsessed with Billie since she came out with "Ocean Eyes"; her voice is so angelic and don't get me started on how gorgeous she is, it would be such a dream to meet her..dude I get goosebumps even thinking about it.

By the time you're done getting out of the shower it's 6:15a.m. You walk over to your closet and throw on a white long sleeved tee, black ripped jeans and your white nike air forces and topped off your outfit with your chains and a pair of shades. Your style is more on the masculine side since you've never really liked being girly..You're pretty much the biggest gay out there. You decide to text Jackie to let her know you're on your way to her place since the concert is at 7:30p.m and you want to get in line early.

You: Hey dude! I'm on my way to yours now, it's gonna be a long day my guy-.-

Best friend💗🤠: Dang man, you really can't wait to go huh? I'm still in my pjs, but sounds good dude. Try not to hit anyone on the way with your driving;)

You: Lmao very funny.. I just can't believe I'm actually going to see THE Billie fucking Eilish and that we have FRONT ROW SEATS!

Best friend💗🤠: I know right! I've got a surprise for you when you get here, let's just say it's an early birthday present! I'll see you soon.

Your POV:

You turn off your phone and go to your kitchen. A surprise for me..? My birthday's not until January..it's June. You grab an apple to eat on the way and a bottle of water. Once you're ready to leave you check your fit in the mirror before you go and grab your car keys and leave. On your drive to Jackie's place you stop by the dollar store and grab some neon green glow sticks and glow in the dark face paint to match. Jackie said she would grab the snacks and drinks before hand. Once you finally arrive to Jackie's you walk up the lane way and she comes running out to greet you.

"Hey shithead! How was the drive!?" She says as she hugs you.

"It was good, I got some glow sticks and face paint for the concert if that's cool?" You hand her the bag and walk in her house.

"Aw shit, we're gonna look great!" You both laugh and she follows you in.

You both sit down on her couch and put on Netflix. As you keep scrolling through you decide to turn on "The Office" while you wait to leave. While you're watching you notice Jackie get up and grab something from her counter, it looks like two pieces of paper.

"What's that?" You ask as you pause the show.

"So you know how I said I have a surprise for you? I know your birthday isn't for another year, but I saw these and I knew I needed to get them while I could."

She hands you the two pieces of paper. As you look at them you feel a shot of excitement run through your body and you get up and start jumping around.

"YOU GOT US FUCKING VIP PASSES TO MEET BILLIE EILISH!?"

"Of course I did!! I know how much you love her and I've had them for awhile now!!" You give her a huge hug and start crying from how happy you are. You can't believe that you're actually going to meet Billie..TODAY!
