Pokemon Hero - The Atrocious Pokemon and The Timid Trainer

What Are The Odds

A/N: Feel free to let me know how you feel about this I'm always looking to improve my writing and storytelling skills.

Doctor: "Sorry kid but you wont have a quirk."

Inko: "Your sure, he wont get a quirk?"

Doctor: "It seems so, but now on to the egg. After a few tests it seems it will be a water type and it will hatch in about 2 years."

Izuku on the verge of tears: " Will it be strong?"

Doctor: "Hard to say we got mix data and we cant say for sure either way."

The doctor hands back the egg to Izuku and starts telling them about how to take care of the egg until it hatches then hands Inko a book on how to take care of different Pokemon water type edition.

Now for a nice crisp 2 year time skip

Izuku: "This year is the year my egg hatches. Kachan's Pokemon hatched 4 months ago. It's a Cyndaquil and is very protective of Kachan. It attacks anyone who hurts Kachan even on accident."

Izuku stares at his egg waiting for it to hatch. All of the sudden the egg starts to glow. The light fills up the room and when the light fades the egg was replaced by a Pokemon. A Magikarp. It flopped on the ground be for Izuku quickly put it into its pokéball, and running off to show his mom.

Izuku: "Mom! Mom! It hatched! It hatched!"

Inko: "Really let's see what it is."

Izuku released Magikarp from it's pokeball as Inko grabbed the book on different water type pokemon.

Inko: "Let's see. It's a Magikarp. It's a pure water type and the moves it can learn are....."

Izuku: "What moves can it learn? Are they really cool?"

Inko: "Um it can learn Tackle and it already knows a move called splash."

Izuku: "What else can it learn?"

Inko: "that's it."

Izuku: "What? Does it evolve?"

Inko: "No one has ever been able to evolve one."

With that Izuku last chance at being a hero was lost. How unlucky was he quirkless and had a weak pokemon. Guess Kachan was right I am a Deku.

Time skip: Izuku point of view:

It's been 8 years since Magikarp hatched and the bullying has only gotten worse. Kachan's Cyndaquil evolved into a Quilava and would always stand between Kachan and any boy that got near her. I wonder why?

A/N: That's right Bakugo is a girl.

The school let's us have our pokemon with us during school and if there small enough they can be out during class as long as the don't distract the other students. So Kachan's Quilava was allowed to be out during class as long as it did bother the other students, not that the teacher would care Kachan gets way with almost anything.

The teacher came in and made an announcement that we would be filling out forums to see what school we want to go to but he just tossed the papers in the air and said that it didn't matter because we all wanted to be Heroes.

Most of the class started to cheer using their quirks and some of their pokemon joined in too. They all shut up when Kachan slammed her hand on her desk

Kachan: "Don't lump me in we these second rate extras. I'm going to be the best."

Everyone was about to yell at her when her Quilava jumped on to her desk and flared up basically telling them to back off.

Teacher: "Bakugo you want to go to UA correct?"

Kachan: "Your damn right I aced the mock tests. I'm going to be the first person from this shitty school to make it into UA and surpass All Might himself."

Teacher: "Midoriya also wants to go to UA."

Everyone turns and laughs at Midoriya.

Extra 1: "Without a quirk?"

Extra 2: "With his pokemon?"

Extra 1: " Man Midoriya you stupid or suicidal."

They would have continued but Kachan blew up my desk knocking me down. I felt Magikarp's pokeball move he wanted to protect me but I wouldn't let him because he would just get hurt.

I backed up until I hit a wall. Kachan keeped coming at me with Quilava standing in between us like normal.

Kachan: "Shitty Deku I'm the only one going to UA stay out of my way or else I'll end you myself. "

That was the last straw for Magikarp. He burst out of his pokeball and flopped in front of Quilava. Everyone stared at the site of Magikarp trying to defend me. Kachan let out a laugh.

Kachan: "Thanks for the reminder of how pathetic you are I almost thought you were a threat."

Kachan laughed her way back to seat and sat down like nothing happened. The teacher told me to fix my desk and to get better control over my pokemon.

The rest of the day went on like normal, until Kachan cornered me after class.

Kachan: "I'm going to tell you one more time just so we're clear don't go to UA if you do I will end you myself. You are quirkless nobody even you pokemon is pathetic. So drop that stupid ass dream of being a hero."

Kachan begins to walk away I was about to say something when Quilava flared up.

Kachan: " Actually there might be a way for you to become a hero. Just jump off the roof and hope for a quirk and better pokemon in your next life."

With those words I was left stunned. Kachan left with out saying anything else. I left the school taking the long way home thinking about what she said. When I was interrupted by a voice that I didn't like the sound of.

???: "Well well well what do we have here? A perfect meat sack for me to hide in. Dont you agree Muk?

Midoriya turns around and is met with a massive looking slime villains and a Muk. The villain covered Midoriya and began to suffocate him. As Midoriya was losing consciousness he heard FEAR NOT FOR I AM HERE!

Then he passed out.

Midoriya awoke to a light slapping. He opened his eyes revealing who was slapping him. ALL MIGHT.

All Might: "Thought we lost you there, but dont worry I caught the villain."

All Might holds up a bottle and a pokeball with a seal on it.

Midoriya is freaking out at the moment.

All Might thanks Midoriya for his help and prepares to jump away as he does he feels a bit more weight on one of his legs. Looking down reveals Midoriya hanging on for dear life.

After landing on a nearby roof All Might prepares again to take off making sure Midoriya doesn't grab on again but before he can Midoriya stops him.

Midoriya: "Can-Can I be a hero without a quirk or powerful pokemon?"

All Might: "Without a quirk?"

All might becomes surrounded by steam before revealing a skinny and weak looking man with All Mights hair.

Midoriya: "WHAT THE WHERES ALL MIGHT?"
