Chapter Two

Peter's Pov
"Oh wow, Omg I'm so freaking out!" I screamed a little rubbing at my face and even fidgeting hard and fast

"Peter! Why are you screaming." Aunt May exclaimed at me? I blinked a little watching her, pulling all my hair back.

Oh crap, I forget I was in the back of the car with Aunt May, "Oh nothing." I squeaked out innocently.

Oh God Artemis was so freaking cool, she really was a good friend. She had a cute giggle as well, but that is beside the point, the point that keeps making me freak out more, is how she has everyone's logo on her arm.

Well not everyone she only has seven, she has Tony's Steve, Bruce, Thor, Natasha, Clint, Bucky.

Oh God, how am I gonna explain to them, that their soulmate is a sixteen-year-old?! The same age as me.

"Be good during training and all, don't cause trouble." Aunt May warned me.

"I won't," I called quickly hopping from the back, grabbing my backpack with all my things for the weekend.

I still always was in awe at the newly built compound it was way larger then I remembered it to be, it ten times better as well.

I rushed through the entrance calling out to Friday who granted me access right away.

The question is who do I explain this to? Tony or Steve first. I passed by the hanger peeking in to see Morgan playing with Happy with some building blocks.

I smiled a little "hey little bee." I called out to her watching her look up at me giggling.

"Spidey." She squealed making me chuckle. "Hey little miss, where's your daddy?" I asked her watching as she smiled.

"In the secret lab room." She giggled again making me smiled looks so much like her dad, yet full of energy and cuteness.

"Thank you, little miss, nice to see you Happy," I called quickly rushing away yet again.

"You to kid!" He shouted back. I chuckled to myself taking the elevator all the way down to the lower lab Bay Area, it's usually swarming with Mr. Stark and others rushing all around, even Bruce.

I slowly typed in the password and entered the large lab, scanning my eyes around, gripping onto my backpack.

"Oh shit Mr. Stark," I exclaim watching him jump a little, snapping his head back to me.

"Peter! What did I say about cussing." Steve exclaimed back at me from where he was leaning on the stool top.

"Shit sorry, sorry Steve." I stammered making my way over to the two watching Tony on his tablet.

"What's got, you all hyped and crazy kid?" Tony asked me curiously like, taking his glasses off a bit.  "Okay so there's this girl at my school, and I just met her on Monday and she's great pretty great." I started stammering and rambling deeply gesturing around with my hands.

  "Kid, get to the point do you like her or something." Tony laughed out making me look at him blushing deeply.

"What?! Oh hell no, no Artemis is cool, but she um has." I stammered pointing at my arms fast, quickly snapping my fingers.

"Peter what is it?" Steve repeated yet again at me. I Inhaled quickly blurting out, "She has all your guy's soulmate logos on her right arm." I squeaked quickly covering my mouth a little.

Tony was in shock and dropped his tablet onto the table looking at Steve who also looked at him.

"Wait? Are you absolutely sure? She's your age?"  Steve questioned in shock.

"Yeah and she has your shield, she has Mr. Stark's blue glowy thingy, Bucky's arm, she has Thor's hammer, and Clint's arrows, she even has Natasha's, and Bruce's," I explained.

"Well yeah, this is real shit," Tony whispered sighing rubbing all over his face.

"Does she like to paint?" Tony questioned.  I looked at him very confused before nodding.

"Actually yeah she does, I met her in art class, how'd you?" I mumbled curiously like watching as Tony rolled up his sleeves a little exposing a small little soulmate mark.

It was a paintbrush, the tip of the paintbrush was all kinds of different colors, Steve showed me his shoulder blade that held the same exact mark.

"Oh wow, that's pretty," I told them softly watching As Steve chuckle slightly touching his.

"Are you positive though Peter, shes your age?" Tony asked me again, "Yes I'm sure, I mean she even has been in pain all week, I can assume it's cause of injuries you guys have." I explained,

"Oh fuck, she must be in a lot of pain." Tony groaned holding his face "her name is Artemis." Steve repeated.

I slowly nodded my head leaning against the table.

"Yeah, she's my friend, I have a phone number and everything," I explained chuckling. Tony looked in thought.

"A soulmate doesn't always have to be romantic right?"  I questioned.

"In some ways, yes, but it always turns into a romantic feeling at some point," Steve explained to me. It was all really making my head hurt.

I'm so glad I wasn't gonna have to deal with a soulmate for a while. "Do you guys wanna meet her?" I questioned looking between both of them.

"Well yeah, we all are gonna have to, soulmates are strong, and intact, no matter the age difference, and you're saying, she doesn't know it's us," Tony called out extremely in shock.

"Yeah, like she traces them, and even smiles, and has no clues its seven of the avengers," I explained again slowly folding my arms bit.

"Well don't scare her away, kinda ease her into it, and next week bring her to the compound with you, we can all learn about her," Steve told me giving my arm a small pat with a smile.

"You're doing us all a big thing kid," Tony told me gently. I cracked a small smile nodding.

"I think it would do her something good as well, she only has her mom, and no one else," I said in a soft sad tome. Watching both of them share a soft look with one another.
