~Emily POV~
It has been 13 years since Quil imprinted on Clarie.
I fear for their relationship. I don't want her to be forced into loving him.
I want her to chose what path to take.
Quil wants the same thing, but obviously wants her to chose him.
They were very good friends. Practically best friends. They did everything together.
I sat on Sam's lap watching the pack
with their imprints playing the Xbox.Rachel was curled up on the couch, her head resting on Paul's lap.
Kim sat on the floor in Jared's lap currently playing the Xbox.
Claire was playing on her phone, as usual, with Quil sitting right next to her.
I don't believe he has romantic feelings about her yet.
Especially since she was currently dating someone.
Quil didn't like the fact that she was dating anyone, but not in a jealous way. An overprotective way.
Claire knew it bothered Quil so she didn't talk about him much.
"Em?" Sam said, nudging me. "hmm" I replied. "You okay?"
"Yeah. I'm just thinking."
He kissed my forehead.
"Crap!" yelled Paul. Kim and Jared giggled. "Wow. That's embarrassing", whispered Rachel.
I laughed. Paul had just lost to Kim on the Xbox.
Jacob walked into the room with Nessie right next to him.
"Hey guys!" exclaimed Nessie. She was always so happy to come see us. "Hey", we all replied. They joined in the game.
After a while we decided to head to the beach.
When we got there I laid down to relax.
Kim and Jared walked along the beach holding hands. The rest of us laid down and talked.
Claire complained about not seeing her boyfriend in a week which made Quil sigh.
He hated her dating someone. He never said anything because he didn't want to make her upset.
I didn't like the boy she was dating myself.
I felt he didn't treat her right. Quil felt the same way.
"Can Kole come over for dinner?" Claire asked.
"I guess.." I answered. I knew Quil wouldn't like it but I couldn't make that a reason.
Quil sighed again, but Claire didn't seem to notice.
After a while we left to get dinner ready.
I cooked baked chicken, masked potatoes, and corn. It was ready right when Kole arrived.
Kole came in wearing a t-shirt showing his muscles. They were pretty big but since I've been around wolves for 13 years I wasn't impressed.
His pants were sagging and his brown hair was Justing Bieber style with a red hat on top.
"Hey!" Claire said excitedly.
"Hey." he replied dully.
We started eating right away. Quil sat in front of Claire, mostly to keep an eye on Kole who sat to the right of her.
