The Voice

"Good night Clara, I'll see you in the morning"

" night mom," said Clara. Clara was laying in bed and could not fall asleep. She decided she was gonna read a book. She chose a book about a girl who could not sleep at night because if she did the monster in the wall would eat her. Clara eventually began to dose of, but then heard a voice. A voice coming from everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Clara thought that she was hallucinating from lack of sleep. Though the voice kept talking.

Come Sara, come with me." The voice would say.

No!" Clara said. She fell asleep soon after that.

When Clara woke up the next morning she remembered nothing about the voice. She went throughout her day like nothing happened. That night the voice came back. She tossed and turned trying to drone out that stupid voice. Soon She could hear nothing but the voice.

" Clara were are you?" Clara's mother asked early Sunday morning. " Your pancakes are getting cold. Your father put extra whipped cream! Clara!" Her mother checked in her room. Clara wasn't there. She checked the bathroom. Clara wasn't there. Finally she looked outside and Clara was there. She lay on the ground with no head. Next to her was a human like monster with pale skin, no eyes in his head but on his hands. The creature had Clara's head.
