Can you see me?

I feel invisible;

When I walk down the hallway;

You can see me;

But you wish you couldn't;

All I want is for you to see me.

Can you hear me?

You could, but you ignore me;

Thinking it's a mouse;

Squeaking behind the wall;

What I say isn't important to you;

Remember I'm the weird girl;

You act like my words;

Aren't good enough for you;

I wish you could hear me screaming for help.

Do you want me to breath?

I feel like my life should end;

I feel no need to keep trying;

You don't care;

You act so scared of me;

I won't hurt you.

Would you help me?

We could be friends;

I could be seen;

People will hear me;

Maybe, even society will accept me;

I'd still have scars on my arms;

But they wouldn't be a bright red.

Will you save me?

Save me from myself;

Please don't play stupid;

Acting like I'm never there;

You see me;

You hear me;

But why do you act like you can't;
