~Audrey's POV~

Another day passes by, which means the sooner I can leave this town, leave all the rude people around here, and go back to my home, North Carolina. My dad's job moved us here, Doncaster, in England, ridiculous right? Atleast he didn't make us move to Sheffield, which is the city he works in, I hate cities. We moved here about 2 months ago, and I haven't made any friends, everyone here is the same, rude and stuck up with British accents. I try to talk to everybody, but they all kind of just ignore me, or ask me about my accent. I open the door to my house, not my home, I just got back from school. My little sister, who is eight is watching some show, and my mom is in the kitchen. "Hi Audrey," my little sister, Elise, says, everyone just calls her Elli though.

"Hey," I say walking up to my mom.

"Oh, Auddy." My mom says looking at me, "would you mind babysitting tonight?"

"Not like I have anything else to do," I sigh. My mom gives me a sad look, she's the only one that understands.

"I'm sorry baby," she says touching my shoulder.

"It's okay Mom, what time?" I ask.

"Well, a friend and I are going to dinner then we're going for drinks, so probably 5 to late. She has twins so you'll be at her house with them and Elli, her son should be home before us though, so you could leave when he gets there." My mom says and I nod. 5 is in an hour, school gets out at 3:30, but by the time I walk home it's 4. It is not then that I notice her makeup is a bit heavier.

"Okay, I'll be ready by 5." I say walking to my room. I throw my bag on the bed, along with my books and change out of my uniform into yoga pants and a sweatshirt. It's always so damn cold here. I lay down on my bed, and go through my phone, no texts as usual, so Twitter. I go through my feed, I see all my friends from back home tweeting, God, I miss home. My sister busts through my door.

"Audrey! C'mon, we gotta go," Elli says, 5 already? I get up and grab my ugg slippers from the closet. I go to the car and hop in, sister in the back, mom driving. She starts to drive to whosever house I'm babysitting at.

"You look nice," I say to my mom.

"Thanks, so do you," she says looking at my outfit. I roll my eyes, everything is so close here, we're at the house in a matter of minutes. My mom knocks on the door and two identical twins answer the door.

"Elli!" They yell simutaneously.

"Hi Daisy! Hi Pheobe!" Elli yells and they run off. A woman, whom I assume is they're mom comes to the door.

"Hey Jay, this is Audrey." My mom says introducing me.

"Hi! I'm Jay," she says holding out her hand.

"Hi," I say giving her a smile.

"Thank you so much for coming, I was expecting my son to be home, but his scheduale is always changing." Jay says. "My other daughter should be home soon, and the other is spending the night somewhere. And my son should be home before us, so you can leave then."

"Got it," I say smiling.

"Ready to go?" My mom asks and she nods.

"Bye Audrey!" They say leaving. I close the front door and see my little sister and the two twins.

"I'm Daisy!" One of the twins says, she's wearing purple.

"And I'm Pheobe!" The other one pipes in, she's wearing pink. I think I got this.

"I'm Audrey," I say.

"You can sit on the couch in the living room over there and watch TV," Daisy says.

"Okay thanks," I say walking over and sitting on the couch. I probably just play on my phone for 3 hours until the girls go running to the door when it rings. A blonde girl walks in and throws her bag in the floor. The younger girls come running to me, with the older one walking behind.

"Audrey! This is my older sister Lottie!" Pheobe says pointing to the older blonde girl.

"Hello," she says giving me a small wave, she's really pretty, but looks like 14 or so.

"Hi," I respond.

"Can you make us food?" Daisy asks.

"Course, what do you guys want?" I say following them to the kitchen. They all shrug, then run off, besides Lottie. I rummage through their pantry and find some macaroni and cheese. I start a pot of water on the stove and turn towards Lottie. "So how old are you?" I ask.

"13," she responds. "And you?"

"17, you look older," I say.

"I get that alot, and you're from America?" Lottie asks and I nod."Do you like it here?"

"It's okay I guess," I say shrugging and putting the macaroni in the boiling water.

"That's a total lie," Lottie says laughing a little.

"Okay, I hate it here. I have no friends, it's always cold, 60 percent of the people I talk to are rude, 39 percent ask about my non-existent accent, and the other 1 percent is actually pretty decent." I say.

"It'll hopefully get better, I mean, we're friends now right?" She says smiling.

"Yeah, you're part of that 1 percent," I say laughing and sitrring the noodles.

"Yay!" Lottie says. We hear the front door open and we look at eachother weirdly. A bunch of guys voices flood the room.

"Hello?" I voice yells out.

"Louis?" Lottie yells happily. A guy walks in the kitchen, why does he look so damn familiar? "Louis!"

"Hey Lottie," he says and she gives him a huge hug.

"I missed you so much," she says almost crying. Four other boys walk into the kitchen, I swear to God, I know these boys. It's kind of awkward so I just stir the macaroni. "Pheobe and Daisy are in their room." Lottie says letting go of the hug. The guy leaves the kitchen, but the others are still in the kitchen. Lottie hugs all the other boys.

"How are you?" They ask her, okay, I'm not here, that's cool.

"Good. This is Audrey, she's the babysitter slash friend." Lottie says refferring to me."Audrey, this is Niall, Zayn, Liam, and Harry." One Direction, now I know, I always hear girls at school talk about them, and sometime I'll hear their song on the radio.

"Hi," I say giving them a smile.

"Hello, what are ya makin'?" The blonde boy asks, I think his name is Niall.

"Macaroni and Cheese," I respond still stirring.

"Are you American?" The curly haired guy asks, Harry, I'm pretty sure.

"Yeah," I say.

"And you're part of the 39 percent," Lottie says and I laugh.

"You're pretty," Harry says.

"Oh, thanks," I say blushing.

"Just kidding, no you're not." Lottie adds.
