With a stretch and a yawn, you wake up. Parched you make your way to the refrigerator, in hopes of quenching your morning thirst. You would normally grab for your favorite orange juice but it seemed to be missing from its usual spot.

"Huh, I wonder if my roommate drank it all. At least she threw away the empty container this time..." you say closing the door to the fridge.

Your roommate, Lily, a sweet girl but a bit of a ditz, normally leaves all of the empty containers in the fridge. However it seems she had been listening to you and decided it was finally time to change her ways and make more room in the fridge by throwing out the containers once she was finished with them.
You walk away from the fridge and to the pantry in hopes that you might find some sort of drink there. But, to no avail, there are no drinks left at the bottom of the pantry. At this point you are confused as to how you let it get this bad. Normally you would have gone to the store to refresh the drink selection at this point. Then it hit you. A can, literally hit you upside the head.

"Ow!" You yelled rubbing your head.
"YN! Why haven't you gone to the store yet!!!" Lily, standing in the doorway tot he kitchen was standing there angrily. She looked more angry than usual.
"Well you seem strangely upset..." you said to the lily still rubbing your aching head.
"Well its been long enough!!" Lily picked up another can out of the recycling and threatened to throw it.
"You need to face your fears YN, I know you're scared to go back in there but i promise it'll be fine." Lily's anger turned into fiery encouragement. That's when you remembered why exactly you hadn't been to the store in weeks.

FLASHBACK

Strolling through the isles, shopping cart in hand, you whistled the tune playing over the grocery store speakers. You jaunted through the store happily but in that moment your skipping feet got stuck under the cart wheel and you fell face first into the cart. At this point you where so scrambled you couldn't see what was going on. Your shopping cart, complete with you in it zoomed across the isle into it crashed into the sparkling water wall at the end of the store. Cans fell everywhere and one can in particular fell into your hands specifically. A can of lemon La Croix had fallen into your warm hands. The cold feel of the metal can chilled your whole body and you held it in your hands. You felt a shiver down your back as you sat there can in hand, mouth open wide. You couldn't quite process this whole situation and you didn't know what move to make next.

"Well that was quite the crash wasn't it?" You heard a voice coming from somewhere underneath you.
"WHO IS THERE?!" You yelled.
"Look down, in your hands silly!" The can laughed, but you screamed, throwing the can.
"Hey, be careful! If you shake a can to much it explodes, and throwing counts towards that too!" The can shouted from across the isle.

You couldn't believe your eyes. A talking can? The crash into the shelf? That feeling you got front he can! Wait, feeling from the can? At this point you where so confused you got up front he cart as fast as possible and ran out of the store as fast as you possibly could. You were to embarrassed to look back.

Unfortunately you live in North Eastern Wyoming, so that was the only store for miles, if it wasn't for that you would simply shop somewhere else. It seemed you had no option but to go back to the store and face your fears. Who knows maybe you would get to see that strange can again. Maybe it had something to tell you. Or maybe it was all your imagination from that crash. The downside to living in such a small town was the fact that everyone knew who you where, including the store owners, who would have had to have seen the crash by now, and of course cleaned it up. They might have watched the security cameras to see who caused it through and that was your main fear. But you had to do it. You had to face your fear and go to the store. There was no other way. Maybe growing your own food, because Wyoming is such a good state for that (i think?) but no, you had to got to the store to by stuff for that too, there was no way around it. So you got up, ready to head out.

"I'm doing it lily, I'm gonna go to the store." You said lifting your head high.
"I'm proud of you for facing this fear YN, I'm sure you can do it!" Lily smiled and waved at you.

You walked out and down the stairs on your way to your car. Your confident expression had changed to a frown though as you got closer to your car. You started to doubt yourself, fears and pain cluttered your mind as you grabbed for the handle. You sat down, took a deep breath and cleared your mind. You were ready to do it. You were ready to go to the store. You think.
