.:CHAPTER 2:.
Kaydence's POV:
I hear someone knocking at the door, I walk over to it and look through the peephole in the side. A young man, standing there in a black sweater, revealing his collarbones.
His light brown flippy hair was messy and his eyes were the darkest brown I've ever seen.
"Who is it?!" I scream, hoping he isn't deaf.
"Miller Wade! I'm here to see Julianne?!" He yells back, while staring at the doorknob as I turned it. I stared as he stepped inside and stood there, not moving or knowing where to go.
"Mom's office is right through here, I'll go tell her that she has a patient." I say, pointing out a little room at the end of the hallway. He messes with the hem of his sweater, before walking to the room. I step into the kitchen.
"Patient is here, Miller Wade?" I say, seeing my mom flip her brown hair.
"Shit, I forgot. His old therapist quit and I have to take care of him now." She said, grabbing a cup of coffee and walking into her office.
I walked upstairs to my room and fell backwards onto the bed, I grabbed my book and started reading quietly.
...
"Miller, come back tomorrow, we'll talk more." I heard mom say, before sending him on his way. I walked downstairs and came face to face with her.
"So, what's wrong with him?" I ask, pretty much eye-begging her to tell me.
"Kay, you know that I can't tell you what's going on with him. But, I can tell you that you need to stay away from him, if you see him out somewhere I want you to ignore him. He's not a good influence." She states, taking a sip of coffee.
I sigh -a long sigh- and then walk back upstairs. I sit on my bed and glare at my legs. They're cut andn bruised, only memories burn into them through cigarettes.
I brush my fingers through my blonde hair and hold myself crying, just thinking about the things they did to me. What he did to me. Cuts, and bruises leek through my soul onto my skin.
Every good memory I had from him just didn't exist. It's official, I'm crazy.
