(A/N: girl in the media is Aurora ^-^)

It was currently the third day of summer vacation and I was practically dying.

My family and I bought this beach house around four years ago and have been coming here every summer since.

Honestly, it kinda sucks.

The people suck, the heat sucks, and last but not least.. the sunburns.

I can't step outside for one minute without being burnt in the sun.

And like I've said, it sucks.

I was currently in my bedroom and eating scrambled eggs for dinner because I'm trash. That is until..

"Aurora, come meet the new neighbors!" My mom yelled from downstairs.

I was not excited. All the kids that stay in the beach houses during the summer are all stuck up. So i trudged downstairs.

"Aurora, this is Mr. Jeon and his son, Wonwoo."

"Hello, Aurora," The boy spoke quietly with a shy smile,  bowing a bit. "It's very nice to meet you.."

Holy shit he's hot.

I could already feel my face heat up just from the thought that had entered my head.

If this were an anime, I'd have a nosebleed.

I awkwardly bowed back to him, biting my lip softly. "H-Hello.."

"They just bought the beach house next to ours~" My mother exclaimed happily. "Aurora, maybe you can show Wonwoo around the beach and show him the decks and all that fun stuff," I nodded.

"Um.. alright," I noticed Wonwoo had on his shirt and swim trunks. "Let me go change and I'll take him," I told my mom.

I quickly ran upstairs and shut the door, changing into the nicest bikini I owned.

I bit my lip and put on a sheer coverup

I bit my lip and put on a sheer coverup. I quickly slipped on a pair of sandals and ran downstairs, seeing Wonwoo still down there.

"Are you ready to go?" I asked him. He nodded and his face flushed a light pink. I smiled softly and opened the door. "Bye mom, bye Mr. Jeon.." I carefully grabbed Wonwoo's wrist and led him out the door, shutting it behind me.

"Where are you from?" He suddenly blurred out, seeming to get shy from the sudden question. I smiled.

"Gangnam. You?"

"I'm from Changwon.." He told me. "Are we going to the docks?" He asked, confused when he noticed we were walking past the line of docks. I smiled.

"I guess you could say that.. follow me~" I took off running, giggling when I saw him trying to keep up.

Soon enough, we stood in front of a trail that led through a bunch of trees.

"You're not gonna kill me here, are you?" He asked me. I shook my head.

"No, silly. I'm going to show you the best place in the whole area," I smiled. He nodded reluctantly and I started walking. Wonwoo seemed to be startled by the sudden darkness that was only dappled with light. I figured by the way his hand gripped mine.

I blushed a little, but the light hid it pretty damn well. Thank God.

We continued walking down the path until we were met with a tunnel of sunlight, leading to a bright area. There was a single dock that lead out to the ocean. The way the light reflected onto the water made it look almost crystal clear, and I could tell Wonwoo was in just as much awe as I was when I first discovered this place.

"Wow.." He mumbled softly under his breath. I nodded.

"I know.. I call it Aurora Borealis." Wonwoo looked at me blankly before breaking into a fit of laughter.

"Well.. what do we do here other than admire the view..?" He asked, looking at me.

"There's another view to admire!" I smiled. "I wore a cute swimsuit today, and I definitely didn't do it for nothing. Let's go swimming!" I smiled and stripped myself of the sheer coverup, throwing it on the dock beside me as Wonwoo broke out into a soft smile.

"Alright.." He swiftly pulled off his shirt as I was taking off my sandals.

"Can you do any cool tricks?" He asked.

"Oh yes!" I told him, nodding eagerly and grabbing his wrist. "Let me show you," I stood at the very edge of the dock, bending my legs to show I was getting ready to spring up.

But was I really?

No.

While Wonwoo was distracted, I placed my hand flat on his back and pushed him into the water. I then sat on the edge and crossed my legs, laughing and raking a hand through my hair. He soon came back up and looked at me.

"That was so mean!" He whined.

"Noooooo~ That was funny!" I argued.

"Oh, okay then," Wonwoo grabbed my ankle and pulled me into the water with him, making me squeal. With a splash, I landed into the water, trending as hard as I can to make it to the top. When I did so, I laughed.

"It's so cooollldd~" I complained.

"You'll get used to it," He said, chuckling softly. "Just give it a minute,"

~~~
After about an hour of swimming, we got tired and decided to just sit on the edge of the dock.
I slowly kicked my feet, biting my lip. Wonwoo looked over at me.
"Are you okay, Rory?" I nodded slowly. "Are you cold?"
"Noo.. I'm fine," I smiled at him reassuringly.
Before anything else was said, his strong arm was wrapped around my shoulders and he gently placed my head on his shoulder.
"You were supposed to say yes, dummy. Then I could've had an excuse to do this," He said, puckering his lips into a pout. I smiled and blushed softly.
"O-Oh.." And we sat in silence. It was a comfortable silence though. We watched as the lighting changed when the sun started to set.
"We should probably get back," Wonwoo murmured. I nodded.
"You're right," We stood up and started walking back to the beach.
"Goodnight, Aurora," He said softly, a small smile on his face.
"Goodnight." I replied and walked inside, only to be met with my mother raising her eyebrow.
"Did you use protection?"
"MOM!"
