You have to keep your mental health first. You can't walk around feeling hurt. Pain and worry drives the mind crazy. Sometimes you have to just sit back and make sure your straight. Take a mental health day. People don't take those days serious but seriously some people need them. If the mind can not function how can the body. The mind tells the body how to feel. If the mind is upset then the body is upset. You have to balance out and make sure you feel steady. It takes time but as long as you have breath in your body you can make sure your mental health status is where it should be.
