Wattpad. A platform in which anyone's story could be heard. Where all could be equal in the light of quality literature. Or at least good enough literature. But then the monetization came. It was October 2018 when a beta was added to allow writers to be monetarily supported. The tyrants claimed that the people took to the system, eager to support. This was a lie. A lie crafted so that they could greedily take from the wallets of the poor, the second class citizens that are the readers. But we shouldn't support their tyranny. We should rise up, take back what once made Wattpad great. Join me, in my revolution on September 19th, 2019, and the world will be better for it.
