Runaway. Chapter 1

I Can't Believe This.. I will NEVER unsee this.

There Before My Eyes , Was my Mother .. But.. She had a needle planted in her wrist. Slowly , But Surely , I krept closer to her. And as fast as possible , I took the needle out . And threw it under the sofa.

Maybe This is my chance.. I can get out of this shithole...
.. I ran out the door, without packing anything. Still not realising I'm still wearing only my socks. But I wasn't about to give up because of shoes! HELL NO!!
I ran past ' Curry's and past the middle school.
I Rushed down an alleyway between large apartments . I felt my face flush and tears streaming down my face . I then saw A Gorgeous Woman sitting on a bench , head back , singing a beautiful melody..

"Once I had a secret love
That lived within the heart of me
All too soon my secret love
Became impatient to be free
So I told a friendly star
The way that dreamers often do
Just how wonderful you are
And why I am so in love with you
Now I shout it from the highest hills
Even told the golden daffodils
At last my heart's an open door

I stopped behind a potted plant , listening to her singing.
Still crying , I wiped my eyes with my blue tatted sleeve. The Beautiful woman looked around her , hearing a young girl crying , but couldn't see her.
" Oh god.. please don't see me ." Jasmine whispered , so no-one would hear her.
The image flashed through her mind again . Her own mother lying unconscious on the sofa , with a large needle stuck in her wrist .
Tears started streaming down Her face again. Unable to unsee the image .

Without thinking if the lovely woman would see , Jasmine ran across the street. Crying louder and louder. She felt eyes staring through her back .
But she continued to run away from that street . Eyes flashing with her mother and that blasted needle.

Jinkx POV

I started to sing my favourite melody from Calamity Jane .
When I saw a girl about 10 or 11 running past , crying louder and louder as she passed me .
I stood up and watched as she stumbled down the alley where The 'C' Clubs ' Gang ' are . I started sprinting towards the alley she had ran down.
Then I realised my mistake ; NEVER RUN IN HEELS!!!; As I kept running , whilst jumping to take my heels off, As I dodged the broken glass and metal garbage cans spread out everywhere , I saw her lean against the wall , and fall down it . As I put my heels back on and approached the young girl , she was sitting there .. eyes red and puffy from crying , her blue hoodie all tattered out and dirty .

" Excuse me .. Are you alright dear ?..." The Gorgeous woman said .
"N-N-N-No..." I stuttered out , even though my mouth was half closed.
" What's Wrong ?.. Shouldn't you be home at this time of night ?.." She spoke kindly.
I started bawling my eyes out just then. Worse that before..
" I-I-I w-was .. Until I sa-saw my m-mo-mother..".  " Your Mother?.. What Did you see darling ? It must be bad if your running about Seattle at this time of night!." She spoke calmly , Clearly not expecting what I was about to say next.

" I-I never want to see it a-again."
"What Darling?.." She spoke , putting her hand on my shoulder comfortingly.

" With A needle thrust into her wrist.."
I spoke ragidly, Starting to burst out crying again..
