Chapter 8

Y/n's P.O.V

“Taehyung I have a really bad feeling about everything” I said as I catched up from his pace. He was so fast at walking, opening each doors we passed by just to see if one of them is where Jungkook and Chae are.

“Don't you think the two were together?” He stopped from walking and turned to me, I almost bump his chest but I stopped quickly “Oh.. I don't think so... ”

“It'll be much easier if the two are together. We will find them fast”

I agree but also I don't. What is there to show here when Jungkook doesn't live here? What will they do around the house anyways.. They should've known its big and there's a very high possibility they'll get lost

“How about you go check the attic and I go check the basemen--”

“Y/n, Those places were both locked. Only I can access them. Also let's not split.. Hearing the story from Daniel makes me nervous for you”

“Taehyung.. Your house is protected--”

“Don't be too sure princess, Everyone can be a traitor and one day they'll attack me or you”

So that's another term for 'spy'. But everyone's been working under Taehyung for so many years now.. I don't see any reasons why would they attack him just now?

Now that he's powerful and has a control at almost everybody. It's hard to take him down now.

“Then let's go back in the dining area and see if they have returned” I turned around “And what if they aren't there?” 

“We have no choice but to find them again” I didn't face him again and turned every corner to see if I had still remembered where the dining area is.

I heard mumbles coming from the dining area. It was Hwenji's voice and it seems like she's happy. We arrived at the dining area and saw Jungkook and Chae

So they were together..

“Where were you two?” Taehyung crossed his hands and glared at only Jungkook.

“Oh.. I just showed Chae where the bathroom is” Jungkook answered, He was avoiding eye contact. Pfft, As if we believe you.

“Now that everyone's here.. I just wanted to say be safe. Please.. ” Hwenji holds her hands together “Why?” Jungkook raised his eyebrows

“It's nothing.. Let's eat”

“Bye!” I waved my hands at Hwenji and Daniel. They were standing outside Daniel's car, They're going to move in Daniel's house.

I think they'll buy a new house though..

Hwenji waved her hands back and got in the car. Daniel did the same. I hope there's no more attacks..

“Let's get inside” Taehyung pats my shoulder.

As we made our way back to the dining area, I had remembered something

“Taehyung, Do you think Jungkook really showed Chae where the bathroom is?” I look up at him, Hoping for an answer that he will agree.

I need his opinion.

He didn't look at me and shrugged. That made me more curious.. What's he thinking right now? I hope he's noticing things that are happening right now.

“Taehyung what I need is a concrete answer--”

“Babe, Why don't you go shopping tomorrow--”

“I don't want”

“Why not? I'm busy the whole day tomorrow and I don't want you to do nothing all day. How about going to Daniel's house?” This time he looked at me and smiled at me.

“And so what if I'll stay here in this house all day and do nothing? Silence  entertains me”

All day, In my room doing nothing; staring at the ceiling; Daydream of what's to happen tomorrow.

“Babe, Y/n--”

“Jungkook did we made you wait?” I left Taehyung's side and sat beside Jungkook who was still eating.

“Wait you two left? I didn't even noticed” He swallowed the food. Ofcourse, It's obvious you're enjoying yourself over there.

“Well Kookie, It's getting late already. Go back to the hyungs” I heard Taehyung's shoes turned around and walk away

“But--”

“That's an order” he stopped from walking making a squeak on the marble floor.

Jungkook looked at me with sadness pasted all over his eyes, As if he's telling me to talk to Taehyung and let him stay for awhile.

I avoided eye contact “You should go” I stood up

I heard his sad 'aw' and left the dining area. I walk him to the door and opened it for him “Bye and be careful.. Please.. ”

His sad face turned serious.

“Y/n.. I hope you notice it”

Notice what? I crashed my two eyebrows together. Seconds ago he was all sad and now he's saying weird things that doesn't make sense?

“Jungkook--”

“Take care of yourself and hyung. Have a high defense around your house”

He holds my hands “And please observe your surroundings.” With that he left.

He knows something and I want to also know it
