I was too little. I still remember clearly, my mother was worried. I was hungry since morning. All the grocery & foodstuff of our house was finished. In the morning my mom had given me a stale piece of bread with goat milk, & it is about evening directly from. My stomach was feeling hungry. My mom has sent me to neighbours for some flour, but they said no to me. In order to keep my heart afloat, my mother was telling me sweet stories & jokes, feelings of hunger were subsided. But stomach has ever been full of tales? Whether they are sweet like honey or pleasant like verses. To fill the hell of the belly, only bread is needed, only bread. Which mom didn't have. My hunger had suddenly intensified. Felt like, someone is hitting the drum. It was the last stage of my patience. I couldn't stay out of the blue and picked up my heart with my mother's kerchief & told her, I am extremely hungry. Mom put her hand in my hair & said: "I wish I could die, what can I do now? The shopkeeper also denied to lend us a loan. Mom kept trying to hide her anxiety with her smile. Suddenly she thought: " Hey son! Let's find out our house, we might have been put money somewhere & forgot about that. So just Me & mom flood the whole house then, cupboard, drawers, boxes one by one all but couldn't find a single rupee. Mom got tired and sat on the chair & I lied down in front of her. Suddenly, she remembered something & said: Oh! We forgot one place! We couldn't check the bathroom's cabinet. So I followed my mother with full speed like it will be a rain of money out of there. Immediately she leaned forward her hand to the cabinet. A shout went out of her mouth with happiness. As if she had received a treasure trove. "Got it" I quickly raised my hand for money. But she stopped me and said: "No, not like this, first tell me how much money I have in my hand? Even she had not seen how much money she got. "Hundred" I shouted from happiness.

"Wrong"

"Fifty"

"No"

"Twenty"

"No" and as I became anxious to see the money, my sobriety diminished.

"Ten rupees" I gave the last sip. Mom immediately opened her hand. A shout went through mouths of us from shock. "Forty rupees".

But in the next moment, our voice had poured out deep despair in the room. The eyes of both of us were blinking. It was a false coin, Shrunken, rusty. But my eyes flashed. I said: Mom! It will work. Shopkeeper's mother is blind. In the evening she has been at the shop. I will give her.

Bad boys. "Mom said out of anger:" How did this poor idea come to your heart as a schoolboy? Don't you know that it is a sin to deceive? "I was shocked." With the full force of the arm, she throws the coin out.

I lied down on the bed. I was in great surprise. She was walking in the room from one wall to another. As our teacher walked into the class while the lesson. Mom's face had a strange impression. It seems like she is solving an enormous problem. Her steps were either so fast or slow down. Suddenly, someone shouted & she said: My son go & take a person out of there. The sound I heard was of the person who buys second-hand utensils made of bronze & metal. I bought up him at the house entrance.

"Brother" how much you will pay for this bowl? Said, mom. He replied, "fifty rupees". Mom said suddenly, "brother please this about it, it's is a new bowl" He gave her bowl back & said: "It's the time of high inflammation, a sister who is asking for bronze & metal?" Mom stood up for a while. She looked at me with love & said: "My son, go fast & give this bowl to him, from fifty rupees buy some flour so I can feed you."

The second-moment coin was shining on the bottom of my hand like a star. I closed my hand with all my strength, & running fast to the shop. By the time, I got to the store, the shopkeeper was closing his shop.

"Please give me some flour," I said to him, extended my hand with a coin.

"Have your father sent some money?"

"Yes" floated from my mouth. Shopkeeper snatched coin from my hand & said: " go first bring my money from your house than ask for flour". I realized my mistake. I wanted to say something, but my lips were sealed. I returned with empty hands.

My mother looked at my disappointed face & asked from anxiety: Why son! Where is flour? Have you lost a coin?

"No, shopkeeper snatched," I said angrily.

"What's the matter of crying? His money is still remaining."

"I am hungry," I said, trying to stop the tears.

"That's it? Come here, I have some rice for you.

" Rice? From where you got?"

"Son! My friend is blessed with a baby boy, she sent to me."

Then my mother took that rice & glass of goat milk & placed in front of me. But that rice & milk was not enough for my whole day hunger.

In the evening, dusky dandelions surround the shadows, forming the night. Some stars seemed shining from silver clouds. Mom said: "Son! Now night has started, let me tell you a story of the province of sleep." Then me & mom lied down on our bed. She, looking at me, started the story.
where people slept for six months and woke up for six months. I interrupted her & asked:

"Mom, How could these men sleep for six months? Did they not feel hungry? She looked at me with a smile & said: "Yes! They were not hungry" keep silence & listen to the story.

"I'm hungry," I said.

Mom's eyes were drawn to the dark sky as if her eyes were searching for something and she said with a loud voice: "Look, son! Where is the moon today? We are poor. The calculation of our bread is like the moon. Sometimes forth, sometimes half, sometimes full, sometimes not. I looked up at the sky and fell asleep in my mother's womb.
