I'M NOT A POET

I’m not a poet though I make poems

I use words that everyone may know

It may not be so deep like everyone expects

But I think it’s enough that they’ve understood it

I’m not a poet ‘cause I violate rhymes

I usually make freeverse lines

I’m not into the number of syllables

I’m into the thoughts that needs your applause

I’m not a poet ‘cause I can’t make any sonnet

I just made this poem for a change

You can call me stupid because of this

But I know someone might relate to this
